David was always very prompt with responses. The cabin is older, very clean with updated appliances and nice Weber gas grill for outside grilling. The subdivision was only a couple dozen houses and very quiet. Short walk to hiking and fishing. We had a great time.

Such a great place to stay! So quaint, the location is so beautiful with such convenient with out the door access to my favorite running trails. The beds were probably the most comfortable I’ve ever had away from home. Host was super responsive Loved our stay here!!

A fully fenced yard with some gaps but a great find regardless! No AC though. Nights were warmer than we are used to but leaving the windows opened help. The hosts were very communicative. It was a lovely getaway from the 4th of July shenanigans. Close to so many things to do and peaceful nights and mornings.

PROS: Quiet, secure neighborhood. Excellent communication with host. Beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. Well-appointed kitchen and a large dining table. Plenty of seating. Clean. CONS: No AC. Shower is very small. We’d definitely stay here again, but not in summer.

Absolutely beautiful location with a large outdoor patio, fireplace and a soothing brook along side. A very peaceful place. Some electric fans were noisy and the iron didn’t work, but that didn’t outweigh this lovely place.

Perfect mountain getaway close to town

We had to work in town all day but were able to get back up to our place in 15 minutes. Also only 5 minutes from Sundance. Great property info from owners as well

We really enjoyed our stay here! The vintage vibes and old cabin smell made me feel right at home. It’s definitely a funky set up, but we had a great time making up stories of how it came to be that way. Kitchen had everything we needed. It has a piano and fun games. It could use a couple of minor cosmetic fixes but nothing major. FYI: the king bed is super firm! I had to pad it with a comforter but my husband liked it.
