Beautiful Updated First Floor Unit! Beach, Pool & Jacuzzi Are Steps Away!

Three Bedroom and Two baths, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry Area, Lanai off Master Bedroom and Living Room! There is also a front open balcony in front of the entrance to condo which has views.

Naples Florida is considered by many as the crown jewel of Southwest Florida. Located on the pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Naples offers visitors sun-drenched days, miles of white sandy beaches and amazing sunsets. Entertainment, restaurants, and shopping options are aplenty. This fourth floor condo sits on the bay waters of the Gulf of Mexico and is just a short walk across the street on a private walk path to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach.

The Master Suite is large with king sized bed and private slider door access to the lanai. The Master Bath has double sinks, walk in shower.. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds with Flat Screen TV's. The condo sleeps 6. A fully equipped kitchen, second full bath, TVs with cable in Living room and Master bedroom, internet access, screened in lanai with table and chairs overlooking the bay waters with swimming pool and pool side Jacuzzi completes all of the amenities this condo offers to make your vacation very enjoyable and relaxing.

Love to fish! Fish right off the dock in the bay waters. Gas grills are located on a seating deck by the bay water and docks. Guests may grill their favorite “catch” of the day. Many dolphins and manatees can be observed playing in the bay waters as well!

Guests will also enjoy a parking spot located in the covered street level garage. The property’s grounds are well maintained with lush tropical gardens and palm trees.

Condo is fully stocked and we supply beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys.
Steps away till your feet hit the sand and the warm gulf of Mexico!!

Perfect location for a family beach vacation

This property allows you to fully enjoy the bay, the pool and the beach with little effort which is perfect when it comes to family vacations with little kids. A perk is not only do you get a perfect sunrise but a sunset too!

Great Family Stay

We have stayed in this property a few times and we always have a wonderful time. It is in a great location, walkable to the beach and a couple restaurants and a short drive to shops and more restaurants. The unit itself is very comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Beautiful place and location

Maria’s place was perfectly located! We were able to hit tons of restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes and had an easy 2 minute walk to the beach across the street. We enjoyed her space and especially sitting on her back lanai. The condo unit itself was quiet, parking was easy and we met several super great owners while staying there. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great week in Naples, a location that offers so much to all visitors. It is within a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach, has a beautiful view of the bay outside our living room, and there were so many places to eat and relax. We enjoyed the condo, which was perfect for the four adults, and provided all of the necessary amentias to accommodate our daily needs while indoors. We hope to return to Naples again next year, a beautiful city, and one that offers much to those visiting.

Great place to stay!

If you are looking for a great location then this is the place! We enjoyed ocean and bay views every day. It was perfect for our family of 5. Many stores and restaurants within 5 miles. Walmart is 4 minutes down the road. The place was clean and well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. We definitely will be staying here again!!

Great vacation condo

Enjoyed the view, the convenience to the beach and local restaurants. The pool and Jacuzzi were relaxing. Loved sitting on the lanai drinking a cup of coffee or a bite to eat while looking out at the water. The Condo was roomy, nicely decorated and had many extras including most of what we needed for our stay. Also liked the large bathroom with walk in shower and comfortable master suite.

Perfect Vacation Condo!

Everything was just as pictured! Great location...we just walked across to the beach. Several beach towels, umbrellas and chairs to use as well. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were games to play in the evening. Communication was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Property

Everything about this property is fabulous. The interior, the views, the location, and Maria! Our 2 week vacation turned into almost 3 weeks because of hurricane Debby and the nightmare of canceled flights following. Maria was wonderful and so accommodating for our family! Such a beautiful place to be “stranded”! Located close to great restaurants; our favorite being Turtle Club. Highly recommend this property for a perfect vacation!

This was a beautiful property with a great view of the canal. The beach is steps away across the street. The unit had everything imaginable to make our vacation great. This included beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. There were two minor things on the negative side. The main sliding glass door leading to the screened in porch was not working so we had to all go through the master bedroom. The beach was beautiful but had lots of algae in it right near the shoreline. As indicated, these things were not a big deal. It seems like there is still considerable recovery from Hurricane Ivan going on in the area. This is a smaller complex with a nice little pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

In spite of some hurricane issues we had a very good time. The condo is beautiful, big lanai with nice view over the bay. The condo is very well equipped, lots of kitchen utensils, pots and pans. We played golf and went to the beach, and visited quite a few restaurants. Hope to be back!

We are 2 people occupying a large 3 br apartment. This property has everything we need. The description and property illustration are 100% accurate. In fact, the physical appearance is far better than pictures shown. Kitchen is large with beautiful granite counter top. Color matching is eye soothing and has all utensils to cook meals. Beach chair and umbrella are in order. Very easy communication with host and timely. Ambience of neighborhood is pleasant. Beach is across the street with beach access. This is the basis of 5 star ranking. We will come back again.

Absolutely perfect!

This condo was absolutely perfect! There was nothing that we didn’t love about this beautiful place… From the location to the amenities! My husband, 14 yr old grandson, 11 yr old grandson and I stayed here for 7 days. I loved sitting in the screened lanai watching the bay every morning while I had my coffee then cross the street to walk the beautiful beach… all before 7am! This was my morning routine and a great way to start the day! Maria was very responsive to all communication and she has really thought of EVERYTHING a person might need while staying there!! Each room has a TV, although we didn’t watch much TV… they are there if you wanted to! The NBA finals were happening the week we were there so we were able to watch the games! There were a couple cabinets full of board games so we had a couple nights that we wound down from the days activities with a family board game. Everything you might need for a great day at the beach is provided… there were 8-10 beach chairs, a couple different types of ice chest, more than enough beach towels, 2 beach umbrellas. There is one fishing pole and some tackle … enough for our grandsons to fish a little, which they loved even though they never caught anything! (They arent very serious fishermen LOL) I think they were more interested in watching the fish and jellyfish from the dock! We did see ppl catching fish from the dock. Unfortunately we didn’t see any dolphins or manatee in the bay but we did see dolphins at the beach across the street and one of my grandsons had a manatee swim within 1 foot from him when we visited Sanibel island! Back to the condo… one thing that I always look for in reviews are the descriptions of the beds (bc a good nights sleep can make/break your day!) When I was reading reviews for the condo I saw some mention of the beds but not nearly enough… the king size master bed was very comfortable for us! The queen bed in the second BR was a little hard for my taste but our 14 yr old grandson said it was “perfect” for him!! The twin beds in the third BR were way too hard for my liking & even too hard for my 11 yr old grandsons liking BUT bed firmness is subjective, some ppl want/need a hard bed so they will be perfect for them. I’m just describing my observation. If you choose this condo for your vacation/stay in the north Naples area, you will not regret it! It is beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located!
