Beautiful Updated First Floor Unit! Beach, Pool & Spa Are Steps Away!

Three Bedroom and Two bathrooms, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Laundry Area, Lanai off Master Bedroom and Living Room! There is also a front open balcony in front of the entrance to condo which has direct views of the beach and gulf.

The Master Suite is large with king sized bed, TV and private slider door access to the lanai and direct views of the bay. The updated Master Bathroom has double sinks, walk in shower and plenty of cabinets. Queen Bedroom has a view of the beach and gulf, TV and plenty of space. Twin bedroom has 2 twin beds with TV and direct views of the beach and gulf. The condo sleeps 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen, second full bath, cable TV and internet access. Screened in lanai with table and chairs overlooking the bay waters with swimming pool and pool side Jacuzzi completes all of the amenities this condo offers to make your vacation very enjoyable and relaxing.

Gas grills, table and chairs are located deck by the bay water and docks.

Love to fish! Fish right off the dock in the bay waters. Guests may grill their favorite “catch” of the day. Many dolphins and manatees can be observed playing in the bay waters as well!

Guests will also enjoy a signed parking spot located in the covered street level garage as well as a guest spot too. Parking passes will be provided during your stay. There is a security gate to enter the garage area. The property’s grounds are well maintained with lush tropical gardens and palm trees.

Condo is fully stocked and we supply beach chairs, beach towels and beach gear. Steps away till your feet hit the sand and the warm gulf of Mexico!!

Located on the pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Naples offers visitors sun-drenched days, miles of white sandy beaches and amazing sunsets. Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place parking passes on counter. Turn thermostat to 75 degrees upon departure, make sure all lights are off, windows closed, lanai doors are shut and lock the front door.
Place all clean beach gear on the lanai Remotes placed back in the correct room after use. if you leave a few dirty dishes place in the dishwasher. Handbook In Condo for Info
Strip the linens (only) Place in front of bed, wash machine or laundry basket. Wet towels over wash machine. Dispose of all open food and trash, unopen food will be donated to local charity
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beach was very accessible and especially easy with the chairs and umbrellas at the property. Beds were very comfortable and felt clean. Lanai was lovely in the mornings for coffee or for a relaxed HH in the afternoon.Very comfortable space and fantastic location! Would definitely book again!

This condo complex is across the street from the beach however it has a view of the beach/water from the front and the large intercostal off the back. We have stayed here many times...very convenient to the beach and many other amenities in the area. Property manager very easy to work with.

We had a wonderful time in Naples. This is a great property! We have stayed at La Scala several times and the location simply cannot be beat. The condo was clean, comfortable, and updated. Communication with management was great. We would definitely come again. Pool and hot tub are nice. The walkway to the beach is only a few steps away. Beach is gorgeous and you have both sunset (beach) and sunrise (lanai) views.

Perfect location for a family beach vacation

This property allows you to fully enjoy the bay, the pool and the beach with little effort which is perfect when it comes to family vacations with little kids. A perk is not only do you get a perfect sunrise but a sunset too!

Great Family Stay

We have stayed in this property a few times and we always have a wonderful time. It is in a great location, walkable to the beach and a couple restaurants and a short drive to shops and more restaurants. The unit itself is very comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Beautiful place and location

Maria’s place was perfectly located! We were able to hit tons of restaurants and shopping within 10 minutes and had an easy 2 minute walk to the beach across the street. We enjoyed her space and especially sitting on her back lanai. The condo unit itself was quiet, parking was easy and we met several super great owners while staying there. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo Excellent Location

From booking to arrival and through our stay it was a wonderful experience. The communication by the owner was excellent. The accommodations were top notch. The view was lovely and we enjoyed being in walking distance to several restaurants . We had a grand time.

We had a great week in Naples, a location that offers so much to all visitors. It is within a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach, has a beautiful view of the bay outside our living room, and there were so many places to eat and relax. We enjoyed the condo, which was perfect for the four adults, and provided all of the necessary amentias to accommodate our daily needs while indoors. We hope to return to Naples again next year, a beautiful city, and one that offers much to those visiting.

Great place to stay!

If you are looking for a great location then this is the place! We enjoyed ocean and bay views every day. It was perfect for our family of 5. Many stores and restaurants within 5 miles. Walmart is 4 minutes down the road. The place was clean and well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. We definitely will be staying here again!!

Great vacation condo

Enjoyed the view, the convenience to the beach and local restaurants. The pool and Jacuzzi were relaxing. Loved sitting on the lanai drinking a cup of coffee or a bite to eat while looking out at the water. The Condo was roomy, nicely decorated and had many extras including most of what we needed for our stay. Also liked the large bathroom with walk in shower and comfortable master suite.

Perfect Vacation Condo!

Everything was just as pictured! Great location...we just walked across to the beach. Several beach towels, umbrellas and chairs to use as well. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were games to play in the evening. Communication was great. We will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely book this property again! The location could not have been better. The beach access path is literally right across the street, and the beach in this area was much less crowded than many other spots in Naples.The condo itself was gorgeous, spotless, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a family vacation, including beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach supplies that made our stay even easier. The in-unit laundry was also a huge convenience.One of our favorite parts of the trip was relaxing on the lanai each evening overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The views were beautiful, and it was such a peaceful place to unwind after a day at the beach.The condo community was quiet and uncrowded, and we often had the pool entirely to ourselves. It was the perfect combination of beach access and relaxation.The host was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Between the incredible location, beautiful waterfront views, thoughtful amenities, and immaculate condition of the property, we truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Property

Everything about this property is fabulous. The interior, the views, the location, and Maria! Our 2 week vacation turned into almost 3 weeks because of hurricane Debby and the nightmare of canceled flights following. Maria was wonderful and so accommodating for our family! Such a beautiful place to be “stranded”! Located close to great restaurants; our favorite being Turtle Club. Highly recommend this property for a perfect vacation!

Charming

This was a beautiful property with a great view of the canal. The beach is steps away across the street. The unit had everything imaginable to make our vacation great. This included beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. There were two minor things on the negative side. The main sliding glass door leading to the screened in porch was not working so we had to all go through the master bedroom. The beach was beautiful but had lots of algae in it right near the shoreline. As indicated, these things were not a big deal. It seems like there is still considerable recovery from Hurricane Ivan going on in the area. This is a smaller complex with a nice little pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was great! The kitchen was well equipped and the rest of the condo had everything we needed. Loved the location! Access to the beach is right across the street and walking distance to La Playa, The Turtle Club and Ritz Carlton. The pool was also spotless and a nice break from the beach! We would highly recommend.
