Set in the heart of its beautiful natural landscape, this unique and very spacious luxury property is located in the area of Agios Seris on the eastern side of the island of Kea (Tzia) just a 5 minutes drive from Tilegrafos Beach, a lovely sandy beach with turquoise waters.
Modern and well-thought in its design, the villa comprises two buildings with generous indoors and outdoors spaces. The first building consists of two floors, where three of the villa's four bedrooms are located. On the ground floor, there is a guest bedroom featuring one double bed with direct access to the swimming pool, and a second bedroom with a mezzanine, featuring one double bed and one single bed with access to a balcony. On the upper floor of the same building, there is a master bedroom with one double bed and direct access to two spacious balconies with an exquisite panoramic view. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower.
The second building features a very spacious living room area of 120 square meters with a fireplace, a TV area and a guest bathroom, while there is also a modern and professionally equipped kitchen with an indoors dining that comfortably seats up to twelve guests. An additional new bedroom has been built underneath the swimming pool area with a separate entrance, two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower, enjoying a splendid view with a landscape full of oak trees and gardens.
Rich in its outdoors spaces as well, Villa Mirina has a large L-shaped private swimming pool while next to it there is a pergola-shaded lounge area with a built couch and stylish sun loungers. Around the building there are small paths leading either to the swimming pool or to the terrace in the front yard where there is a built outdoors dining table that comfortably seats up to twelve guests. As an additional feature, a sound system has been placed inside and outside the house for guests to make the most of every moment spent at home or by the pool while on holidays.
