The owner was absolutely amazing. They communicate almost daily to make sure everything is ok or if we need anything to make our stay better. They were truly the only good thing about our trip (the fight and weather were horrible). I highly recommend.

The only thing that could be improved is there were not any railings going up the stairs or into the pool and I have mobility issues. My balance isn’t good so I had to have help going up and down the steps

We had a very pleasant stay. The house was clean and spacious in a safe neighborhood. Tuan checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. It was also a very good value for the money compared with others in the area. We would stay there again if we visit Pensacola in the future.

This is not a place for disabled people. Entrance is very steep.Owner came 2nd and 3rd days (he let us know he was coming) to work on the outside of the property during the day.Things that I would consider basics were not included: tissues, foil or plastic wrap, salt and pepper.

Very nice home and Tuan was very gracious and attentive. The front hill was steep up to the front door. It could be a problem for those with mobility issues. I would stay again.

The whole house was great. From the bathrooms to the kitchen everything was clean and nice.The only thing was the yard we are use to a well keep yard other than that the place was great. Would stay there again yes
