VILLA AT THE SEASIDE

Located on the sea front at Lindbergh Plage, this contemporary villa with Jersey view will guarantee you a pleasant stay.

With a total surface of 85m2 on 2 levels, it includes on the ground floor, an entrance with bathroom (walk-in shower) and separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (4 induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, bar area ...) leading to a large dining room, a first bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a pull-out bunk bed (possibility of a third bed). A back kitchen can store beach equipment and a washing machine. A large terrace with garden for relaxation will allow you to spend a friendly time with family and friends (outdoor dining table available) / outdoor shower.

The floor includes a spacious living room (television) very bright overlooking a terrace with sea view, a room with a bunk bed trundle (possibility of a third bed), a private bathroom (shower) and separate toilet.

Option to be paid on site: End of stay cleaning fee: 50 €. Pair of sheets: 12 €. Towels and house: 5 € / pers, Heating package (week): 40 €. Heating package (day): 5 €.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in direkter Strandlage!Das Haus entspricht exakt den Fotos. Die Lage ist top: Aus dem Gartentor sind es nur 30m über die Dünen zu einem fast menschenleeren Strand, an dem man im Sommer wunderbar baden kann.Es ist sehr persönlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich eher privat zu Besuch als wie ein zahlender Gast, was eine extrem angenehme Atmosphäre schafft. Auch der Empfang durch die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich.Alles ist gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet (inklusive scharfer Messer!), sodass Selbstkochen Spaß macht. Für unsere fünfköpfige Familie war es ein enormer Vorteil, zwei Badezimmer und zwei separate Toiletten zu haben – das entspannt den Alltag.Ein kleines Augenzwinkern: Wer als Malermeister anreist, muss bei stellenweise „optimierungsbedürftig“ gestrichenen Wänden ein Auge zudrücken, und Lampen-Liebhaber müssen bei manch nackter Glühbirne stark sein. Dem Charme des Hauses tut das aber keinen Abbruch!Absolutes Highlight ist das Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss mit riesiger Glasfront, Meerblick bis nach Jersey und vorgelagerter Terrasse für Traum-Sonnenuntergänge.Fazit: Perfekt für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Wer "Halli Galli" sucht, ist falsch. Es gibt ca. 100-200m weiter eine sehr chillige Strandbar in den Dünen (1x pro Woche Live-Musik), ansonsten absolute Ruhe. Ideal auch als Basis für Ausflüge. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Excellent séjour pour le jour de l’An dans cette maison à Portbail. Tout s’est très bien passé du début à la fin. La maison est agréable, bien équipée, avec une très belle vue sur la mer qui rend le séjour encore plus spécial. Mention particulière pour les jeux de société, une vraie bonne surprise et un vrai plus pour passer de bons moments ensemble. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour et recommandons sans hésiter.

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Woche unweit des Meeres verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und herzlich. Frühstück, Fleisch und Gemüse gibt es im Nachbarort Denneville (15 Minuten zu Fuß) Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Aufteilung der Betten eignet sich vor allem für eine Familie mit Kindern. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aufs Meer ist grandios. Vielen Dank.

L’accueil a été des plus agréable, la propriétaire est très aimable et nous a reçu avec des pâtisseries faites maison. Très jolie maison moderne; conforme à la description; très bien équipée. L’agencement est idéale pour une famille avec plusieurs enfants. Seul bémol, les finitions de la maison ne sont pas accords avec le standing de la maison. Mais pour des vacances on s’en contente très largement

Séjour nature et mer

Très beau site, location très récente, très bien agencée avec une magnifique terrasse face à la dune et à la mer. Le Cotentin est une très belle région. Activités de plein air et visites sont proposées dans les alentours : Port Bail, Barneville Carteret, pointe, la Hague ... La propriétaire du gîte est très accueillante. Très beau séjour au calme dans un environnement naturel où il fait bon de se ressourcer.

Une somptueuse villa, superbement équipée, offrant une vue époustouflante sur la mer. Un cadre idyllique pour célébrer le Nouvel An entre amis. Les hôtes nous ont accueillis avec une chaleur exceptionnelle, agrémentant notre séjour de délicates attentions et faisant preuve d'une grande flexibilité. Vacances tranquilles en pleine nature
