Beautiful house with private covered pool 5 minutes from the beach and the Port of Dieppe, ideally located to discover the Normandy beaches: 30 'from Saint Valery en Caux and 30' from Tréport, Etretat, and the Normandy countryside: Pays de Bray and Pays de Caux.
Located in a very quiet subdivision in the immediate vicinity of Dieppe and shops, our house of 160 m² is composed of:
On the ground floor: living room and dining room, 1 open kitchen fully equipped, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 1 separate toilet, a large veranda of 45m ² very bright and without vis-à-vis, ideal for meals between friends or family.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms for 10 persons:
London room: 1 double bed, 1 shower and 1 WC;
Paris room: 1 double bed, balcony
New York Room: 2 bunk beds with 4 single beds
Zen room: 1 double bed
Available for baby: 1 cot, 1 high chair and 1 safety gate for stairs.
1200 m² garden with garden furniture.
Total basement.
At disposal: 10 bicycles of children, teen and adult sizes, net and Badminton rackets, football cages, basketball hoop.
Outside: large indoor pool 5 meters x 10 meters and 1.5 meters deep, with removable roof to enjoy the sun in summer. Fully private pool and exclusive use of tenants, located in the back garden of the house.
Security system: fully enclosed shelter with key lock.
Electric gate.
House equipped with an alarm system.
House equipped with a water filtration system throughout the house. And in addition: a fountain of fresh water delivers a filtered and refined water in the kitchen.

The house was lovely and spacious with the pool being a wonderful bonus. The UV protective cover over the pool meant we didn’t have to worry about sunscreen or sunburn. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The house catered for all our needs and we would definitely stay again.

We had a fun week here, the swimming pool was the main reason we booked and it didn't disappoint especially when the weather got cooler. Very quiet neighbourhood and spacious house. We enjoyed a few trips into Dieppe and to the beach, and handy to have a big hypermarket down the road. And alao a great little bakery. You do need a car to go anywhere though as the house is on a very steep road. Don't forget to bring your own towels!

Let’s start with the positive. It’s a good size pool and it’s nice to have the cover. Although not retractable as listed. The House itself is also a good size in the main. Now onto all the negativesParking is on a slope, not suitable for 4/cars. Two at most.The kitchen is dirty old and dilapidated including the utensils which had to be partially replaced during our stay. Chipping boards and cooking utensils were disintegrated. The dishwasher showed an error code the whole time and needed resetting after each wash. The bigger fridge, only freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer are in a dungeon horrible basement down a treacherous flight of stairs. It’s gross down there and I hated using it but was forced to. Not mentioned in listing! House not good if you don’t like lots of stairs FYI. Only decent shower and toilet is downstairs and the stairs creak non stop during the night. Beds and pillows very hard and uncomfortable. Not enough fans in the house. The ensuite upstairs is a joke and stank of sewage from day 1. Owners expected is to clean it and did nothing to fix the problem. House is on top of a hill so bakery is not within walking distance as it looks in the map. Garden has no real shade as umbrellas won’t stay up at all. Worst part of the owners do not seem to care, and just want more and more money. They were not nearby or on hand to fix any of the issues. They did not care, and in fact demanded more money from us without giving reason. Would never use again

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir de vos nouvelles. Nous avions convenu d’un rdv à 9H pour votre départ, mais vous aviez quitté les lieux dès 8H, sans nous informer. Nous constatons avec plaisir que vous allez bien. Nous ne répondrons pas point par point à ce commentaire, dont de nombreux éléments sont inexacts : configuration de la maison, présence d’une salle de bains au sous-sol, planche à découper etc. Nous allons préciser l’annonce afin que les futurs invités disposent d’informations claires. L’allée est en pente, elle permet de stationner plusieurs véhicules ; heureusement, les voitures ont des freins. La maison est nettoyée entre chaque location par une professionnelle. Les ustensiles étaient récents, mais en plastique, ce qui ne vous convenait pas. À votre demande à 18H, notre gestionnaire est intervenu dès le lendemain 10H pour vous en fournir en inox et effectuer un traitement de la canalisation. À ce moment-là, aucune odeur d’égout n’a été constatée. Après votre départ, nous avons retrouvé la maison dans un état plus que lamentable, les sanitaires présentant une forte odeur. Le ménage prévu de 4H à nécessité 1H30 supplémentaire. Des éléments ont été dégradés ou cassés. Photos et rapport transmis à Abritel. Le ménage avant et après chaque séjour est compris, l’entretien pendant le séjour reste à la charge des occupants. Les produits d’entretien sont fournis. Un entretien normal permet de conserver des sanitaires propres et agréables. La demande de frais est donc justifiée.

Dieppe house and pool

A characterful property which was extremely well equipped, clean and spacious. The owners were very helpful and the large, covered pool proved to be a real asset to the holiday.

Great house, great location.

The house was perfect for our families to stay. Enough space to fit us all in and for the kids to play. The pool made the kids week. Lots of thoughtful little touches too, such as having bikes to use and BBQ etc were appreciated. Area was nice too - local shops and within 20 minutes of some beautiful beaches. Will definitely be coming back!

Superbes vacances en famille

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour! La maison est assez grande pour accueillir une grande famille, nous étions 5 adultes et 5 enfants. La maison regorge de jeux aussi bien en intérieur (jeux de société, baby foot, billard...) qu'en extérieur (foot, basket, vélos...) Et bien-sûr il y a la piscine qui est grande et sécurisée et que l'on peut utiliser par tout les temps! Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et leurs conseils sur les environs. Dieppe est une ville charmante, nous avons beaucoup aimé !

Excellent séjour!

Charmante maison dans un quartier très tranquille. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Superbe (grande!) piscine couverte (et chauffée) permettant ainsi d'y aller par tout temps. La maison est très bien équipée, la literie est nouvelle et il y a une magnifique véranda couverte. Nous recommandons réellement cette maison. Merci beaucoup pour tout aux propriétaires.

Une semaine au top !

Nous avons passés une excellente semaine. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et attentifs aux besoins de leurs locataires. Les différentes activités offertes permettent de répondre aux envies de chacun et de faire face aux aléas du temps: piscine couvertes, vélos, ballons, babyfoot, jeux de société, transat... Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Excellent séjour

Maison spacieuse et agréable conforme au descriptif, très bien équipée. Grand jardin clos set belle piscine chauffée permettant de se baigner par tous les temps. Nous avons aussi apprécié les nombreux jeux pour nos petits enfants qui étaient comblés. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accueillants. Bonne literie. Nous reviendrons.

Au grand air

Belles vacances en famille.

La propriété, magnifique, très confortable, bien pensée ( possibilités d'avoir un coin pour les aînés, un coin pour les jeunes...) nous a permis de passer un très beau séjour. La grande piscine étant un plus incontestable pendant la canicule. Nous y reviendrons certainement.
