About this property

Classic 4 bedroom 2 bath Farm House in the country with all the modern upgrades. Newly remodeled Country Kitchen because the party is always in the kitchen. Big Hot tub on the back deck. Cable TV, WIFI, Central Heat and Air. Three of the Bedrooms have Queen size beds the 4th bedroom has 4 twins.
The Farm House is on a quiet country road just minutes from the New River Gorge National Park and the Coolest Small Town of Fayetteville and all the adventure sports and activities make The Farm House a great place to stay and play.
I rebuilt this house from the inside out and it is my mother's favorite place to stay when she visits. We remodeled The Country Kitchen in the winter of 2018.

The New River Gorge is World Famous for White Water Rafting, Climbing, Zip lines and Mountian biking. Summersville Lake is magical. The National Park System cover over 70,000 acres with more than 70 miles of trails. Our groover little town of Fayetteville has made the top of many lists as places to see visit live and play.

Connect with long distance friends

The farmhouse was clean and accurate to listing. It was conveniently located to the activities we planned. I’m new to VRBO and pretty selective in where I stay. Communication with the owner was always quic, simple, and informative. The house does sit closer to the road than we are accustomed to and there is a hill/curve in the road close by. With that said, our group were surprised how fast traffic from both lanes traveled. That was the only criticism to give and I only shared b/c families with smaller, active children would want to keep that in mind.

Exactly what we needed!

The property was easy to find with the directions given and also by downloading google maps offline. Check-in was very straightforward. The property itself was nice and quiet and had all the amenities we needed. It was also a very short drive to all the activities at the National Park. Would definitely recommend

Great For Rafting Access and New River Gorge

Very close to river, gorge, and rafting access. Host was great. Timely communication. Nice home, updated, and spacious for our big group. Would stay there again!
