We had a great stay at Cocoa Cabin. The cabin was well appointed and in a beautiful location. It was perfect for three couples with a separate king suite on each of the three levels. We had a visit from a local bear who wandered onto the porch one evening too. The host was awesome, providing us with pre-arrival details and checking with us after we arrived to assure everything was OK.

Cocoa Cabin was beautiful. So glad I chose this Cabin.This was a perfect place to stay.This was a girls trip”much needed”. The host were great. All of my concerns were addressed. I am already thinking about booking again for a Family trip.

Cocoa cabin was just beautiful and was just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Kevin our host kept us updated from the moment we reserved the cabin. I would highly recommend this place, it had three levels with nice king sized beds on each floor and everyone had their own private bathroom. Will be definitely coming back.

Hosts were very attentive and great to work with. Nice private, densely wooded cabin setting. I personally would have preferred more mountain views from the deck. However, some in our party preferred the more private densely wooded setting. Nice deck on the main floor with hot tub. Nice deck on the lower floor as well. Excellent sleeping accommodations with king bedrooms with baths on 3 levels.

Amazing!!!

My family and I had an amazing stay! The location to Gatlinburg was great, not too far, not too close.. close to a grocery store.. just perfect!! The cabin has everything you need from cooking, games for the family to enjoy, pool table and a hot tub!! The community is very nice and also has a pool to enjoy!! The host was very respondent and helpful!!! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

We had a great stay and would absolutely love to rent this cabin again! The location is super convenient, and the neighborhood is nice, quiet, and safe. Kevin was a wonderful host—very friendly and easy to reach via text and email. For our family of six, this cabin was a comfortable, mid-range spot that offered excellent value.

Our family had a wonderful time at The Cocoa Cabin! The owner was very communicative and had perfect tips and recommendations, both for the cabin itself and for local digs and activities. Had some down time due to “sore hikers”, aka children lol, but had plenty of spaces and activities for everyone to stay busy and enjoying themselves. Will definitely be checking the availability for our next trip!
