At 250m from the beach and 1km from downtown Brétignolles sur Mer, we offer a duplex apartment in a quiet dead end in a small residence, this property is equipped for 8 people and an area of 80m ².
This duplex offers you:
• A sea view room with its double bed and cupboard
• A bedroom with balcony and its chilienne, double bed and dressing
• One bedroom with 2 single beds
• A corner sofa convertible into a double bed
• An equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster and all kitchen utensils with crockery)
• A living room and a dining room with TV, wifi and balcony
• A private parking space
All equipment and bedding are new.
We put at your disposal a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and the iron.
We can rent you 2 adult bikes on site.
Our animal freinds are not admitted.
Bed linen are provided with a mandatory rental of 40 €.
Cleaning fee if you wish: 80 €
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
