Large 50sqm studio on the seafront, offering a terrace with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the famous Promenade des Anglais.
Decorated in a theme white and blue sea, configured in open-space, with a large living room, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
You will enjoy its beautiful terrace for aperitif, meals or relax on a deck chair .... enjoying a breathtaking view of the sea!
A double bed can accommodate 2 people.
A comfortable sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional travelers (adults or children).
For your privacy, a double screen is available to separate the 2 sleeping spaces during the night.
The location on the Promenade allows you to be in front of the beaches (public or private beaches), water sports nearby on the beach of Carras (100 meters from the apartment).
Access to all shops nearby located in the neighborhood of Carras (supermarket, vegetables, caterers, bakery etc)
Proximity to the airport (direct access in 10 minutes only).
The city center is accessible by bus (opposite the apartment) 10 minutes by transport, or possibility to rent blue bikes with a station nearby, to get to the city center in 15 'by bike via the bike path.
