South House- Beach, Golf and Relaxation

We are located in the historical downtown area of Conway, SC just outside Myrtle Beach, SC. This is a completely renovated home that was built in the 1930’s. House is situated over 2 floors with lots of amenities. Plenty of space and completely upgraded for an enjoyable stay that is close to the beaches, shopping, golf courses and much more.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Please strip the beds and leave the sheets in the respective rooms along towels that we used in each room. Do not put wet towels with the sheets separate piles, please.
Please load the dishwasher and run it so the dishes are clean for the person that takes care of the house to put away.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes on in house! Please do not sign out of the TV streaming services that are set up on all the TV's!
No loud late night noise or coming and goings at all hours of the night. Quiet historical area with noise ordinance from 9pm-7am.
If something gets broken please let us know so we can replace it! Do not use dishes in dining room cabinet.
