Ft with 3 bedrooms 1 bath + and an extra full bath off a 1000 Sq Ft enclosed patio. the upstairs home overlooks the stocked pond and resort-style pool with water slide, 20-person hot tub and blue rock propane fire pit. The hot tub can be heated anytime without charge, but the resort sized pool takes at least 24 hours to heat up for an additional $300. charge, The unit sleeps 9 plus a baby Pack-n-Play. Unit has wood laminate and tile floors with area rugs. 55 inch smart TV with Netflix, Disney, Youtube, Hulu. The firepit by the lake can be used with notification. Great for roasting hot dogs and Smores.

One very friendly Black Labrador named Pepper. Loves all strangers and children and loves to play ball. Kept on the property as a livestock guardian for free-ranging hens, ducks, rabbits, and a few beautiful peacocks. The entire 5-acre property is field fenced. There is sunscreen and bug spray in the bathroom. Pepper Totally loves the water, so if you leave the gate unlatched to the pool, she will invite herself in to swim with you. If there is a ball being played with she will think it's hers!

Out door amenities: 2024 the Pickleball and Basketball sport court was added with lighting for night play. Paddles and balls are kept on the patio. Sports court is located right next to the playground with swings, jungle gym and 2024 trampoline. Swing on the dock with lighted ceiling fan, sound system, fishing poles, picnic table and seating, peddle boat, bass boat, stocked lake has bass, bluegill sunfish, catfish, turtles, lots of wild life, fountain in the middle of the lake. Brass waterfall with 2 little boys comes on automatically throughout the day. Relax and chat in the 6 person glider at the top of the hill.

A big commercial BBQ is available but must be cleaned after use or there will be an additional charge.

Gatherings: Guests may entertain approximately 50 people with prior notification. Lots of free parking. Guests are charged $10/person for Non-VRBO visitors. There is access to a separate bathroom off of the 1000 sq. ft. screened-in porch. The owners live in the main house. The pool and yard are considered semi-private because you will certainly see the owner's family on the property during your stay. Guest privacy is paramount! Guests are responsible for clean up for the people they invite to the property. All may be asked to sign a waiver of liability. Additional guests will need to bring their own towels if they plan to use the pool. No lifeguard.
