The Space:

This beautiful 1250-square-foot Sunrise condo is nicely furnished and features a king-sized bed in the master, with a private bath and bunk Bed for two people, and one queen bed in the second bedroom and a private bath. From Sunrise 6, you will enjoy both ocean and pool views. This home is suitable for 6 sleeps. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



Important Notice:

There is construction taking place near the condominium, which may cause some noise during your stay at certain times. If you would like more information, please feel free to contact us directly. We’ll be happy to assist you.



The large, gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils, cookware, granite countertops, and wood cabinets. Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV and 24-hour security included in the rate. Daily maid service available for an additional fee. All linens are provided. Flat Screen in living room and MBR. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. Washer/Dryer in unit. Large, resort style pool with cascading waterfall and plenty of space to relax. Only steps to famous Tamarindo Beach!



As a guest of this property, we include a complimentary welcome basket with coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo/soaps, are all included. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler and more!!!

The Sunrise 6 condo is as advertised. Right across the street from the mile-long Tamarindo beach. The furnishings are functional and comfortable. Good swimming pool for kids and adults. Would definitely return.

Beautiful condo in a convenient location with a pool, great for a family

Beautiful, modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Great private balcony with a view of the pool and a glimpse of the ocean. Walk directly across the street to Tamarindo Beach. Great for our family of four (including a 4 and 9 year old).

The condo was in a great location. You could walk to all kinds of restaurants; supermarket close by; and the beach is across the street (essentially). The king-size bed was awful - mattress was hard and pillows were terrible. Also, the condo smelled musty on arrival and stayed that way for the week.

Great location

We had a water leak from AC system, sent a message and was fixed the next day. The location is very close to the beach and many restaurants. The unit does need a deep clean wiping down exterior cupboards, walls, floors. Thinking the cleaning service runs in and out too fast. I would return the unit is a good size and has all you need for a great vacation. Pool area is clean and plenty of chairs to relax in.

Sunrise 6

The location, cleanliness and family atmosphere at this property are great. However, we had several issues that could have easily been looked after by the management company but they were not addressed the whole time we were there. The most inconvenient one was the lack of hot water in our condo. Since we could not use the dishwasher, we boiled water the whole week to clean up after cooking. We also had to heat water to wash with as well. We complained to the management company more than once but no repairs were made. Blue Zone told us that the repairmen were on their way. We waited for a couple of hours but no one showed up.. if they did come after we left, they did nothing to help our situation. We paid a lot of money for our stay in Tamarindo which turned out to be not much more than fancy camping. Customer service could certainly be much better.
