With 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms our apartment is modern, comfortable and is fully equipped - washer, dishwasher, hairdryer ... It is centrally located in the main avenue of Gaia. Metro station, train station and bus stop are at the doorstep of the building!

The apartment is located at a 10 minute walk from the Gaia riverfront (Cais de Gaia) and the famous D. Luís (Eiffel) bridge, 15 minutes from Ribeira with its restaurants, bars and boat trips and the Cathedral, 20 minutes from São Bento station and Porto main avenue (Aliados).

Go down to Gaia riverfront (by walking or cable car) and start your own tasting tour on the port wine cellars. Cross the bridge towards Ribeira and enjoy the views in a riverside cafe, or take a river trip in the Douro. Head up to the city center and visit the Cathedral, the Clérigos Tower, the University historic building, or the colorful Bolhão market. If you want to go shopping, don't miss Santa Catarina Street. Majestic Café is also a place you want to go. Visit the Soares dos Reis or Serralves Museums, and the House of Music. Enjoy the cafes, bars, restaurants and clubs of the city!

This apartment is in a great location in Vila Nova de Gaia, a short walk into old Porto. There is ton of restaurants, cafes and bakery’s within a short distance of the location. I would stay here again if I was in the area, my only complaint would be the construction that surrounds the building an area.

Pedro was wonderful. He was very responsive when we had issues with the apartment. The apartment was very nice. Location was great to access Porto. There is no river view; it is obstructed by the construction of a new hotel. There is also a major construction site on the bedroom side of the apartment. If you are sensitve to mold, this might not be the place for you.

Although located in Vila da Gaia, this property is in easy walking distance of everything Porto has to offer. For those who prefer not to walk, the metro stop is right outside the door. Sao Paolo, the Ribera, port tasting were all 10-15 minutes away by foot.Pedro met us at the door, gave us a thorough orientation to his property and offered advice on where to get meals and provisions nearby. He was quickly responsive in providing supplies when we ran out.The apartment is large and beautiful with well appointed bedrooms and an extremely well stocked kitchen. It is located on a busy street but we heard no traffic noise. There is construction close by but noise wasn’t a concern as we were not in the apartment during the day.The two and a half bathrooms are large, and easily accommodated our party of three couples.I very much recommend this property.

Amazing Stay!

Our group of friends had an excellent stay at this Porto RiverView Flat! The property was clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a convenient location right across public transportation. There was AC in the living area and primary bedroom, but a portable fan was also available! 2.5 baths and a garage parking spot was also a plus. We had to ask Pedro a few questions, and he was very kind and responsive. He also met us for check in and gave a lot of great local recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again, such a great experience! Thanks Pedro!

Wow! Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment

Recently fully renovated with modern materials, fixtures and appliances, this beautifully designed and well-appointed apartment is a privilege to occupy for a visit in Porto. It is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen, and many windows and doors for natural light. Although located on a busy street with a grocery store, cafes, other shops, and a tram station, it is situated well above street level and relatively quiet. It is close to the Douro River with views of Gaia and Porto, just a 4 minute walk from the Ponte Luis I and close to the Port warehouses. Great access to the core area of Porto. Upon arrival, the Host provided an outstanding orientation to the many features of the apartment, operation of fixtures and appliances, together with an overview of many restaurants, shops and areas to visit in the Porto and Gaia. He was very kind, welcoming and helpful. Without reservation, we would return to this property and highly recommend it to other travellers.

Great home base for Porto/Gaia

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this flat. The view from the kitchen/balcony was fabulous. Pedro was easy to work with & addressed all of our queries promptly - for us just clearing up our confusion getting in to the garage and providing some advice on nearby stores/sites to visit. We walked all over both Porto/Gaia & never needed our car at all. The apartment had everything we needed and was just as it was presented on the website when we booked. The building is near train tracks and a fairly busy street plus is currently being renovated (outside facing). There is some construction noise during the day (~8:00-16:00) and typical traffic/train noise which we had expected being in the city. Very close to the port houses in Gaia and everything else no more than a mile or so away. Can’t wait to come back.

Tolles Apartment in zentraler Lage

Das moderne und geräumige Apartment ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral im Stadtteil Gaia, direkt gegenüber einer Metrostation. Die Altstadt und der Douro sind auch zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem bietet die Wohnung die Grundlage für einen entspannten Stadtbesuch von Porto.

Nice room spaces

This apartment is located in Vila Nova de Gaia in an avenue that take you to Porto in a few minutes walk (about 10 minutes or less). The apartment has a great distribution between the bedrooms and the common areas such as the kitchen and the living room. It has large spaces. There are 2 air conditioners. One on the living room and the other one in the master room. When we were there there was a hot wave weather and I don't think any a/a were resulted enough.... The washer worked well. The landlord was great, she took time to explain some good facts about Porto and its attractions. It was very useful information. In general, the apartment works well for us. I might say that the avenue could turn a little noisy... and the master room a/c was not working.

Prima ligging, appartement goed geschikt voor 6 personen. De eigenaar woont in hetzelfde complex dus snel bereikbaar. Enige minpunt is de witte bank die niet echt schoon meer is.

Amazing place!

3 friends sharing the apartment for 4 nights. We met Pedro as planned and he gave us a good introduction to the apartment. Everything in the apartment is in order and working perfectly. The interior is nice and cozy. Amazing view over the Douro to one side, and the street on the other. The location is excellent whether you want to visit the Port-area (Vila Nova De Gaia) or O'Porto. We would not hesitate to book this place again. Have to say though, that the noise from the tram and the traffic in the street below is quite heavy and earplugs are highly recommended.

Great Apartment

Very spacious and well equipped apartment in a good location. The only negative thing is the noise. The apartment is double glazed on the living room side and is very quiet, but the bedrooms have only single glazing and are right above the tram stop so the noise is noticeable early in the morning (ear plugs recommended).
