This small duplex, on 2 levels of 50 m2, a small garden of 38 m², terrace welcomes you with an entrance, living room, kitchen, fitted with microwave, oven, induction hob, extractor, refrigerator, new equipment.
In the living room a sofa bed of 140, TV, in the room a bed of 160 and possibility of installing a baby bed, new bedding and sofa, 1 bathroom + WC
A local bikes with 4 mountain bikes available.
In the small garden, a wooden terrace of 18m². Nearby, supervised pool of the residence, playgrounds for children and teenagers.
A network of bike paths around the Basin will allow you to travel this beautiful region.
Shops and market La Teste 2km by the bike path.
The center of Arcachon and the beaches are 5km always by bike paths, and the Dune Pilat about 8km.

Nous avons passé 15 jours en famille dans ce logement en tous points conformes à l’annonce: propre, bien agencé et équipé. Nous avons profité de la terrasse extérieure ombragée.La maison est bien située, proche des plages et du centre. Les vélos à disposition sont un vrai plus! La piscine est juste à côté de la maison. Un grand merci à Brigitte pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette belle région!

Logement parfait

Maison très propre, accueillante, très fonctionnelle, parfaitement équipée et idéalement placée pour visiter la région. Située dans un quartier agréable, calme et bénéficiant d'infrastructures récentes et conviviales (piscine). Les propriétaires sont soucieux de faciliter et rendre agréable l'arrivée et le séjour de leurs locataires (explication fonctionnement, présentation de la région, brochures à disposition...) Je recommande vivement !

Parfait !

Idéalement située, un joli quartier en devenir. La maison est parfaitement équipée. La résidence est dotée d'une piscine très propre. Bravo d'avoir prévu les vélos dans la location : indispensables pour découvrir le bassin d'Arcachon. Un vrai plus. Nous souhaitons revenir très prochainement.
