Beautiful McCormick Ranch community near Talking Stick, Old Town, Cactus League stadiums and golf. Home is extremely well-appointed. Near pool and grills. One assigned/covered parking spot. Clean comfortable community. Come relax and enjoy! Please note that in accordance with local law, non-residential use of this property is prohibited. Maximum occupancy is 6. TPT LICENSE 21400241. MINIMUM STAY 31 DAYS.
