Located on the sixth floor of Tower 1, this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom unit has been upgraded with all new luxury vinyl flooring and quartzite countertops throughout. While on the far west end of Tower 1, the location is perfect for an evening sunrise. Enjoy a home cooked meal on the balcony prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances and plenty of cookware and bakeware provided and take in the sights and sounds of the Gulf waters. In the living room, you can be sure to relax in the electric reclining sofa and recliner while over-looking the spectacular view of the Gulf or watch your favorite show/movie on the Smart TV. There is a dining area that seats 6 at the table and 3 at the breakfast bar, great for dining in! Without a pool located directly behind this tower a beautiful unobstructed view of the water can be seen from the living room, dining room, and kitchen! In the back hall is the master suite featuring a king-size bed, TV, access to the unit's private balcony, and an updated master bathroom with a full-size tiled stand-up shower with a shower bench. In the front hallway are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, TV, and it's own private balcony. The second guest bedroom has two twin size beds and a TV that makes the perfect room for the kids! All units include cable, WIFI, and full size washer and dryer. Please no smoking or pets on property.
