Wonderful stay

The semi-detached house with large terrace and a great view on the mountains and the valley is beautifully located on a large plot. The living room is large and cozy just like the kitchen. The downstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom and French doors to the terrace is excellent. The two bedrooms upstairs are small and functional, the bathroom there is very nice. There is a further toilet in the basement. Nothing was lacking except mosquito netting in front of the windows. Only a few minutes by car is a large supermarket and a bakery. There is a great swimming spot in the river within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Wunderbare Urlaubsdestination

- ruhige Lage, etwas abseits - super gut, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus - großer, abgegrenzter Garten - nahezu perfekt ausgestattete Küche - Badestelle (aus anderen Bewertungen) leider nicht gefunden - sehr netter Kontakt

Doppelhaushälfte mit grandiosen Blick

Die Doppelhaushälfte (nur der rechte Teil gehört zum FH!) mit großer Terrasse und einem tollen Blick in die Berge liegt optimal, um Wälder, Naturpools (Gumpen), Strände und den Bahnhof (Ponte Leccia, ca. 2 km) zu erreichen. Das untere Schlafzimmer mit Ensuite-Bad und Flügel-Türen zur Terrasse ist top. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im OG sind klein und zweckmäßig, das dortige Badezimmer ist schön. Das Haus ist sauber und gemütlich, wirkt an manchen Stellen provisorisch. Die Zufahrt zum Haus mit dem Auto bedarf guter Fahrkünste (steil bergauf und teilweise Geröll). Der sexy Vermieter ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und bietet jeder Zeit Hilfe an; ist immer gut erreichbar; er wohnt im Nachbardorf. Wir würden erneut dort Urlaub verbringen. Also: empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Ferienhaus hat ein großes, Grundstück, so dass für unsere zwei Hunde genug Platz zum Spielen war. Die Terrasse hat einen wunderschönen Blick. Die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist sehr modern. Die Wohnung hat drei Bäder, das war super, da wir mit sechs Personen im Urlaub waren. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr großzügig, so dass man ausgiebig kochen kann. Nur wenige Autominuten entfernt ist ein großer Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei. Sowohl mehrere Strände, als auch der Startpunkt für Wanderrouten, sind mit dem Auto in unter einer Stunde erreichbar. Der Vermieter war sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich!

Sehr netter Gastgeber

Ein sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtetes, geräumiges Haus, absolut ruhig und abseits gelegen, jedoch als Ausgangspunkt für Autotouren zu verschiedenen Wandergebieten im Norden und der Mitte praktisch. Sehr netter und motivierter Gastgeber, der auch schon im Vorfeld für Fragen und Wünsche ansprechbar war. Gut sortierter Supermarkt in Ponte Leccia 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Es war sehr angenehm, dass eine großzügige Grundausstattung mit Gewürzen, Putzmitteln etc. vorhanden war, so dass man alles Notwendige zur Verfügung hatte. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung ist nicht so viel zu tun, man braucht also unbedingt ein Auto. Es gibt einen etwas abenteuerlichen Zugang zu einer schönen Badestelle am Fluss ganz in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Tolles Ferienhaus an idealer Lage zwischen Bergen und Meer

Wir haben unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt in diesem geräumigen, gemütlichen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Küche ist wie beschreiben sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Elternschlafzimmer mit Badezimmer und Terassentür zum Sitzplatz befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Oben sind zwei Kinderzimmer und ein weiteres Badezimmer. Der grosse Sitzplatz mit den schattenspendenden Bäumen und der Aussicht ins Tal und die Berge lädt am Abend zum Verweilen ein. Das Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Ponte Leccia ist ein idealer Ausgangsort für Ausflüge an die Strände der Balagne und zum Wandern und Flussbaden in die verschiedenen Bergtäler (Asco-, Niolo-, Tavignano- und Restonicatal). Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
