This fun and friendly studio is located at the base of the resort, within skiing or walking distance from the mountain. If you are looking for a rental for winter sports or somewhere to indulge in outdoor adventures in the summer, this is the place for you! This home also features a full kitchen and a warming gas fireplace. Guests of this rental will also enjoy access to several shared amenities including a pool, hot and dry saunas, and a fitness room.

During the winter months, you can easily access the nearby slopes for fantastic skiing and snowboarding. This studio is also on the bus route so it's easy, safe, and fun to get around town where you'll find local restaurants, bars, and unique shops. And during the summer, the resort offers mini-golf, a zip line, a kids' rope course, and much more.

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is not the place. If you’re looking for a place right next to skiing, perfect. The noise from the family above us was constant while we were in the unit. Thankfully it quieted down when we needed to sleep.

Very well located at the base of the mountain and also within walking distance of Old Town. We loved the pool and hot tub. Good mexican restaurant next door too.

Cute unit, great location! We were able to walk to old town easily for dinner and also did some of the activities at the mountain such as the slide. Down side was the unit wreaked like cleaning supplies when we walked in. The scent was so strong we had to keep the patio doors open for hours just to air it out. Also, there was construction going on in the unit directly above ours. There was hammering for hours. I'm pretty sure they were installing new floors so not exactly relaxing... The pool and hot tub however were great!

Very convenient to lifts. No frills place but the price was right for the convenience. 15 minute walk to the downtown PC.

Great location. Little difficult to navigate to find the room at first. Loved having a kitchen. Worked well for short skiing trip. Enjoyed hot tubs and pool after long day of skiing.

Super location

This small, efficient space is perfectly located for skiing. The kitchen was well appointed. The Aveda product in the bathroom was a nice touch. The only disappointments were that the fireplace was finicky and didn't always start and the quilt was quite old and lumpy.

Our 2 day stay

First, the location was amazing and so pretty. Lots of things to do with a very very short walk, even just stepping out of building was filled with an adventure loving person. The only thing I would change is the amount of furniture in condo. Once the Murphy bed is pulled down and the couch bed out you have to arrange the furniture to jump over. It becomes an obstacle course.

Awful Communication

My friends and I stayed for the weekend. The weather was cold and snowy. The wall heater didn't work nor did the fireplace. I was also accidentally charged twice for my rental. I sent a few messages to the management company and I was already home from my stay when I finally heard from them. I rent VRBO's quite frequently and will never rent from this particular management company in the future.

Great location...on the smaller side

The location of this unit is great! Quick access to the slopes and shuttles for a ride into downtown Park City! Ideal if you are not renting a car. The unit is pretty small, so when the beds (Murphy, sofa) are out, there’s hardly any space to walk. It still works though, but I wouldn’t choose this place for more than 2 people - it’s be really tight. My only suggestion for improvement is to upgrade the sofa bed mattress. It is a coil spring mattress in which you feel every spring - very uncomfortable. Would be better if upgraded to a memory foam alternative. Not a comfortable bed. Great location though!

Great Location, terrible Customer service

We arrived on our first day late in the evening. The condo was cold, but we thought it was due to it being empty. Looked for a thermostat & could not find one. The next morning we tried to get the warming fireplace on, it won’t ignite. Placed the first of many calls to Vacasa. Condo is very cold. I was told that someone would come by to look at it, so I stayed there all day waiting. Nothing. It’s 30 degrees outside & we have no heat, plus I wasted a full day of our vacation sitting in the condo (wearing my coat). Multiple calls to Vacasa that day. Finally the following day, in the late afternoon we get word that the “amenity” fireplace cannot be fixed. The warming fireplace is the only heating source in the condo! Actually, there was one small plug in heater in the closet. We didn’t think it safe to leave on during the day while we were out or at night while we slept. They offered to bring more space heaters by, but at that point we were checking out the next day. There appeared to be old radiant heat, but the radiators were ice cold. The location was great, the skiing was great, but the condo & our experience with Vacasa was very disappointing.

Perfect little place for a getaway

Great location next to biking trails and town with lovely view from the outdoor pool and hot tub. All the basics for cooking, and a decent Mexican restaurant just steps outside the building.

The unit itself was difficult to find, should be a map & marked better. The Murphy bed was difficult to lower & raise. Someone who is physically weak could not have lowered it or raise it. Mattress was very soft

Clean, nice studio in the heart of PC Resort

Came here for July 4 (as we do often). This studio was clean and nice, a perfect size for 2 nights with small kitchenette. The directions to find the studio were really difficult to understand, even as someone who spends every year there. So for reference- its directly above Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. We parked in the big uncovered lot, which was perfectly fine. The jacuzzi hot tub on our floor was really nice. It's also close to everything, lots of restaurants, shops and the ski area for winter guests.

Location, Baby!

The location is amazing - truly a ski in and ski out with access to the shops and restaurants in the village. The door code made it easy to get in and out. Love the hot tub on each floor!

Great location, exactly as advertised

It is hard to get much closer to the lifts. No long maze like hotel hallway walks to get to the elevator and another hike over to the slopes. Just a few steps away! Everything was exactly as advertised, no surprises! Easy check in/check out.

Park City Tiny Apt, Huge Rides

Loved the location for accessing all of PCs greatest trails. The apartment was the perfect size for me. The bed was comfy and the wifi was good enough for me to get work done. Walked, rode and walked everywhere…no car needed :D
