HOME FROM HOME BY THE SEASIDE

/An excellent rental fully equipped even including a Kyak, Everything was in top notch condition and the owners were always ready and availble to give local advice, Full marks; will stay again and recommend to friends.

Enjoyable family time

Very confortable house, beautiful surroundings and charming village el Rompido. Despite the rain we very much enjoyed the walks, beach birds and little crabs running on the sand.

Lovely home

We arrived and Ana was waiting for us at the property. She showed us around and made sure we had all that we needed. There were plenty of bedding and towels which was great as some rentals are not so good. There was also plenty of kitchen equipment, glasses, plates, cutlery etc. The outside space was ample for us with a small dog with table, chairs and sun lounger and only a few metres walk away to the beach.

Eine wunderbare Zeit - ein Ort dem Winter zu entfliehen!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und fahren nach 6 Wochen nach Hause in den Winter. Wir kochen sehr gerne und hatten in der großen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche , unseren Spaß. Alle, für uns notwendigen, Geräte standen uns zur Verfügung. Pfeilschnelles Internet, wir konnten Skygo schauen, und so auch mal einen Regentag verbringen. Das Bett war gross und bequem. Heizung war schon sehr oft abends notwendig, und die Klimaanlage hat ihren Zeck erfüllt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes 20. Januar bis 2. März waren die Häuser unserer Straße zum großen Teil unbewohnt, und Parken nie ein Problem. Ein kleiner Laden, ca 100 m entfernt hat, was man so braucht. Die freundliche Inhaberin freut sich wenn man kommt. Der Spar Laden an der Bushaltestelle in El Rompil Richtung El Portil ist gut ausgestattet, mit Preisen, oft nicht höher als in grösseren Läden Es ist ein schönes, bequemes und freundlich eingerichtetes Haus. Wir kommen seit 2004 in diese Gegend und haben "unser Haus" gefunden. Unsere, auf der Terrasse verbrachten Nachmittage, der kurze Weg zum Strand, das kalte "Bierchen" in der Bar Cache, und nicht zuletzt der freundliche Vermieter, Juan Carlos, alles hat zu einem tollen Aufenthalt beigetragen. Vielen Dank! Wenn wir gesund bleiben, kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder...für 2 Monate!

Super Lage, prima Ausstattung

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Auch für Selbstversorger war es sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders positiv ist die Nähe zum Wasser.

Viel mehr Meer als erwarten, einfach super!

Leider waren wir nur für 5 Tage bei Juan Carlos und Anna zu Gast. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Die Begrüßung war freundlich (wenn auch nur auf Spanisch), die Kommunikation über WhatsApp funktioniert hervorragend. Vom Haus sind es nur 3 Minuten zum Strand der Lagune, wo man gut baden kann. Das bereitgestellte Kajak ist hervorragend für kleine Ausflüge bis hin zu den vorgelagerten Sandbänken geeignet. Letztere kann man von den ca. 5 km weit entfernten Stränden auch gut durch Schwimmen erreichen. Ein Ausflug auf die Landzunge Nueva Umbria (auch Lepe genannt) sollte man auf jeden Fall einplanen. Hier fahren in der Saison wohl mehrere Fähren, Anfang Oktober war es allerdings nur FlechaMar vom Hafen in El Rompido. Man sollte beachten, dass hier vor allem Spanier und wohl auch Portugiesen ihren Urlaub verbringen und das im Oktober (wir hatten mehr als 30 Grad und 26 Grad Wassertemperatur) die Saison wohl schon vorbei ist und einiges geschlossen hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal hierher. Herzliche Grüße

Perfecto

Perfecto porque fueron unos días fantásticos por el buen tiempo en diciembre,por el lugar y por la casa. Lástima no fuera verano pero volveremos. Desde el primer momento fueron todo facilidades con Juan y desde aquí mi agradecimiento. La casa tiene todas las comodidades en especial la cocina q como me gusta cocinar está montada y limpia como la de muchos restaurantes. Sobre la zona decir q reina la tranquilidad,al lado de playa y cerquisima de la zona de restaurantes de una grandísima calidad como casa palo recomendado por Juan y acierto total ,los demás muy bien pero éste un 10 por sus camareros y su comida. PERFECTO

Fenomenaler Platz

Das Haus war wunderbar. Mit allen ausgestattet, wie Küche, (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine) die Zimmereinrichtung waren wunderschön. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Auf der Terrasse kann man die Sonne genießen bis abends. Die Umgebung war wunderschön. Der Strand war 100 Meter entfernt und wunderbar. Um diese Zeit gab es wenig Touristen. Wer die Ruhe liebt, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Man kann auch um diese Zeit noch schwimmen gehen. Es war einfach herrlich. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe, ca 1 km, wie Spar, el Jamon, Bäcker, Fischgeschäft. . Wer möchte kann von den guten Restaurants im Ort auch vorlieb nehmen. Es ist nur zu empfehlen. wir fahren sicher nächstes Jahr wieder an diesen schönen Platz.

Magnífica ubicación

Magnífica ubicación sobre todo en nuestro caso que íbamos con dos niños muy pequeños. La playa está a 50m andando. La casa está muy bien equipada y el trato de Juan Carlos fue estupendo.

Ein Haus zum Wohfühlen

Unsere Aufenthalt in Januar war angenehm ruhig. Das Haus voll eingerichtet. Die Heizung ausreichend. Die Küche gut bestückt (neue Bratpfanne nötig). SAT-Fernseher und Internet extra Pluspunkte.
