Great stay at Fabian’s place. Perfect location right off of the ski left. The place was amazing as well. Large bedrooms and living space. Was perfect for our 2 families. Fabian was great at providing all the necessary information for our stay. We would love to be back.

Annual Ski Trip

Had an awesome stay at Fabian's place. Can't beat the truly ski in/ski out location. Two parking spaces with a flex 3rd is a major plus. Bedding was comfortable, kitchen stocked, no complaints.

Super relaxed and comfortable stay

Everything was pleasant, comfortable. Kitchen was stocked adequately. Location was fantastic! After skiing, the kids went sledding every night on the trail.

What a great stay we had! Fabian was so easy to reach and directions were easy to follow. Many of us had never experienced a ski in/out and everyone loved it. You literally walk off the back deck and you are on the mountain. Older decor in the house but fits the ski vibe for sure which also fit our group. Jay Peak is a fun mountain to ski on and the housing convenience made it that much more enjoyable!

Had a wonderful time at this townhome. The spot for getting on and off the slopes were our absolute favorite.The rooms gave us ample room to fit a family of 7. The only thing I think could have been better would be if there was a dedicated space for our ski/snowboarding equipment. Other than that we had a nice stay at Fabskihouse. Thank you Fabian!

Great in summer, too!

We had a nice summer vacation at Fabian’s place. It’s high enough up the mountain to enjoy steady breezes and views into Canada, but still close enough to walk to everything. Our 4 teenagers loved the downstairs den and bathroom. Now we have to figure out how to get back for skiing.

Great stay! Epic snow!

We ski Jay a lot but decided to stay on the mountain this past weekend - and our stay just happened to coincide with the epic March snow storm! That aside, the condo was as described - great space, super clean, great communication with the owner. 10/10

Location makes this a gem!

This condo was perfect for our group of 8. The four bedrooms was a great layout for each of us to have our own space. The location is a true ski-in ski-out right on Raccoon Run which makes this really fabulous! The 8 ski passes was also fantastic! As soon as you arrive you are ready to head right out on the slopes! The owner Fabian was a breeze to work with. Any questions/problems are quickly addressed/resolved. We would definitely rent this condo again and highly recommend it!
