Welcome to FabSkiHouse at Jay Peak Slopeside!

Enjoy the luxury and convenience of true ski-in/ski-out access of this well appointed & roomy 4-bedroom, 3- full bath townhouse with sauna! Located in the Village Condominiums & Townhouses at Jay Peak Resort, this is one of the few townhomes with direct access and views to Raccoon Run and the Village Chair. This Townhouse only has 3 other townhouses as neighbors, no condos above or below you!

Easily spread out among the three floors and enjoy the two separate living rooms. You can sequester the kids in the downstairs living room where they can play amongst themselves or watch Roku TV while the adults enjoy the upstairs living area with an open floorplan, cathedral ceiling, a 42 inch flat screen TV, gas fireplace and outdoor deck facing the trail directly. Prepare fresh home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen and serve meals for 3 at the kitchen counter, while group meals can be enjoyed on the elegant dining table that seats 10.

This ski house is fully stocked with all amenities including a washer and dryer, High-speed Internet service, cable TV, DVD player, wireless sound bar and a Sauna. King bed in the Master bedroom. Two single beds in one bedroom and a single and bunk beds in the other bedroom. And a Queen bed in the fourth bedroom. Sleeper sofa & TV in downstairs living room.

Ideally located on the Raccoon Run ski trail and the Village Chair Lift, this townhouse makes it easy to thoroughly enjoy your Jay Peak getaway. From inside the townhouse you will have an expansive view of people skiing and riding the char lift up Raccoon Run. You can conveniently stow your skis, poles and boards slopeside or on the deck where you can gear up and hit the slopes in no time.

Fun for the whole family awaits you at Jay Peak Resort. Visit the Jay Peak Pump House indoor waterpark, Jay Peak's Nordic Center for miles of cross-country skiing, fat tire biking and snow shoeing trails, the Taiga Spa, the Jay Peak Championship Golf Course, the Ice Haus Indoor Arena hockey rink, Clips & Reels Climbing Gym, Arcade and Movie Theater, or the many on-site restaurants. While in the winter there's skiing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing, the summertime brings hiking, golfing, mountain biking, swimming, concert series at the outdoor amphitheater and so much more.

Hop on Jay's complimentary shuttle (when in service) right from (and to) the townhouse driveway to get around the resort. And come get a good look at all of Vermont (and a little bit of Canada) from the top of Jay Peak via Jay Peak's Aerial Tram!

What a great stay we had! Fabian was so easy to reach and directions were easy to follow. Many of us had never experienced a ski in/out and everyone loved it. You literally walk off the back deck and you are on the mountain. Older decor in the house but fits the ski vibe for sure which also fit our group. Jay Peak is a fun mountain to ski on and the housing convenience made it that much more enjoyable!

Great in summer, too!

We had a nice summer vacation at Fabian’s place. It’s high enough up the mountain to enjoy steady breezes and views into Canada, but still close enough to walk to everything. Our 4 teenagers loved the downstairs den and bathroom. Now we have to figure out how to get back for skiing.

Location makes this a gem!

This condo was perfect for our group of 8. The four bedrooms was a great layout for each of us to have our own space. The location is a true ski-in ski-out right on Raccoon Run which makes this really fabulous! The 8 ski passes was also fantastic! As soon as you arrive you are ready to head right out on the slopes! The owner Fabian was a breeze to work with. Any questions/problems are quickly addressed/resolved. We would definitely rent this condo again and highly recommend it!

Friend and family getaway

We all had a great stay at the Fabski house! Fabian is very communicative which made everything so easy! There were a few things the property needed tending to that he told us about ahead of time. One being that the bake feature of the oven was not working at the moment. It was something that we were going to need during our stay so he had a great sized counter oven brought to the property for us prior to arrival. We greatly appreciated his efforts! The location is great as well! Thank you, Fabian! We hope to be back!
