The space was so welcoming and cozy. The proximity to Hyde Park and UTampa was convenient and a nice leisurely stroll. We really appreciated the amenities and how clean the space was. I can’t wait to rebook for our next trip to Tampa.

The unit is located in a great location, just a short walk to the bay, in Hyde Park. The unit is spacious and comfortable and the host provided great little extras like a microwave popcorn and biscotti. The host made sure my check-in was easy and accessible. I stayed there for a work related event, but would definitely stay again for a vacation.

The location was ideal. Property was in great shape: little snacks, water, suggestions, etc. The bed is so comfy and the sheets are the softest! So much so I asked what brand and will be purchasing for our house. I asked a ton of questions and Liz was quick to respond. Very happy with our trip!

This is our second time staying here and we would be happy to stay again! The apartment is very clean and the hosts are very responsive. They provide you with all the necessary info up front and make check in and out very easy. It is also the perfect location! Easy commute to delicious restaurants, downtown, and shopping. Everything was nice. Very clean. The one thing that stood out with this rental was all of the little things they threw in like shampoo, soap, water bottles, coffee, tea, etc. Also, it was a very nice walk to the convention center where I was each day. I didn’t have to Uber! Will be back next time I’m in Tampa.
