The property was exactly as described. The location was excellent, so close to the beach, restaurants, bike rentals…..everything we needed! Communication was excellent, all of our questions were answered immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

It was exactly as described and everything worked wonderfully. Beach and pool were easy walking distance as were the restaurants and shops in Rosemary square. Bbq pit worked great too! All in all perfect week!

This was an absolutely perfect place for me and my two best friends to stay for a long weekend. It’s a charmingly appointed carriage house that is very accessible to the most adorable beach town I’ve ever seen. it was clean and the service was perfect. We appreciate all of the detail in the information packets provided to us in advance of the trip. One update is that the bike rental with the 10% discount is no longer called Vacaysan and is now owned by La Dolce Vita. We loved riding our bikes from this carriage house all the way down to Watercolor beach for a lunch on the water at the Watercolor Inn. We will stay here again for sure.

Me and my 2 kids had a wonderful time for a short getaway to Rosemary Beach. The cottage was in a perfect location, close to restaurants, beach access and one of the pools. The cottage was just as described, well decorated and supplied with everything we might need. Would highly recommend!
