The house is great location and fun for the entire family.. we had some issues but the property manager was responsive to our needs. It was nice to have some beach supplies and pool toys already there to use. Very close to neighborhood pool. I highly recommend renting the tents that was super nice to have it set up with chairs at the end of the beach walk for us each day! Also there is a great park not far away with splash pads and an amazing playground I would highly recommend! James holland park I believe. The house could use a little TLC and I have shared that with the property manager for future visitors!

Grandchildren Heaven/Pet Heaven! We had a lovely week at Coastal Heaven and enjoyed the spacious interior and great location. The kitchen had all we needed and the home was immaculate upon our arrival. A very good week that included viewing the Artemis II launch from the beach!

Location was nice, but without the air-conditioning working on the main living area where the kitchen living room and two bedrooms were made or stay uncomfortable. Also the primary suite upstairs ceiling in the bathroom and bedroom with black mold is very unhealthy and that should be addressed.

Perfect beach views and access, good layout for a big group. For the price, missing some things and cutting some corners they shouldn't but overall location makes up for it.

Amazing beachfront home with pool!

We had such a wonderful time at coastal haven. Our group was a family of 11, with 2 babies. The pool was amazing, amenities spectacular, and the ocean was steps away. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Family Location

Wonderful location, feels very private (rarely are neighbors home) with a beautiful beach. The kids loved the pool, the bedrooms worked perfectly for multiple family members and the kitchen and family room were ideal for our family gathering. Stephanie the property manager was the BEST and very responsive when we had a question. Would love to visit again!!

Fantastic location

It was our first time in Palm Coast. We enjoyed the size of the area. It was large enough to have a Publix and WalMart but small enough to have a charming vibe. As far as the property goes, we loved the views of the Ocean. The management company was responsive. The house was comfortable and spacious. There were plenty of cooking supplies, plates, and silverware.

Mom's 75th Birthday

We loved the house, location and very well equipped. The beach was amazing. The house just need to be clean better in some parts like second floor ceiling lots of dead bugs. Tracks of sliding doors very dirty. we couldn't use the pool very dirty but the club house pools are very nice.

Great time

Great time, great place for family and friends, would have been better with heated pool. Only had heated pool for 1 day, was to be fixed week before coming, but was changed?? Don’t know why. Was clean and great location. Will be back. The only thing that would have made it better, was to have jacuzzi, fire pit, kitchenette in master bedroom, and a working fireplace in master bedroom.

The house is very pretty, and the elevator was extremely helpful. Unfortunately, there were flying bugs all over the house but especially in the kitchen. It was so bad that we ordered bug traps from Amazon. We did have to call the management company to have the toilet in the master bathroom repaired (it wasn't flushing correctly), a door handle replaced (it fell off), and the boardwalk to the beach cleared of plant overgrowth. These requests were handled promptly. Our major issue was the AC on the second floor, where the kitchen and living room are. On our way to the house, I received a call telling me that the AC wasn't working properly, but 3 portable units plus box fans had been placed on that floor to keep it cool. The part needed to fix the AC had been ordered, and the AC would be fixed ASAP. At first, we were told the repairmen would be there on Tuesday; then that changed to Wednesday. They did come on Wednesday and worked several hours. One of the repairmen walked into the house, looked at the thermostat, and walked out without telling me anything. We tried turning the portable units off, but the temp went up. I contacted the management company on Thursday, and they replied, "Thanks for the update." Someone from the management company called on Friday. When I complained about the noise of the portable units, I was reminded that we had discussed this already. It was very disappointing to have had to listen to the noise all week, especially for the high cost of the house

Wonderful house and great location!

Make sure you bring your own supplies because they only supply 1 day (T.P, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher soap etc.). Depending on when you check in the pool person comes on Monday. Communication was slow the 1st day, but it was Easter when we checked in. I was reaching out because the pool was dirty and wanted to know when the pool person came. They finally got back to me Monday afternoon, after the pool guy came. The kids ended up just going to the club house pools and beach. Despite the minor irritations on a whole the house was perfect! We had 4 boys and 2 girls. The boys all had their own bedrooms, girls shared one and we (the parents) were on the top floor.

Relaxing Family vacation

Our kids, spouses and grandkids stayed in this beautiful property. It is just steps from the clubhouse that has a great zero entrance pool(heated!) splash pad, hot tub and kids pool along the lake side, and another large pool on the ocean side! You can get food and drinks poolside, which was very convenient. The view of the ocean from the house is exceptional from the top floor of the house. Nice big decks, plenty of outside space. There is an elevator in the home, which is great as there are 3 floors to navigate. There are some pool floaties, and sand toys to use which is nice. We did rent some beach chairs and umbrella to take down to the beach. The only downside was the pool not being heated and a few housekeeping supplies that were missing.- kitchen cleaning supplies, bathroom amenities. Other than that, the check in process was great, very easy and the staff was more than accommodating.

It was okay. It filled the bill

Nice big house. Fairly new. No real soul though. No art on the walls. No lamps, just overhead led lights. Rules state that guests are to bag garbage and clean dishes, yet no dish soap or garbage bags were provided. For the money you pay one would think that the toilet paper would be better than one ply. The showers were the worst, especially in the master bath. The shower was 6 x 6 and had one small shower head. The water pressure was very low, so you froze even though the water was hot. On the positive side the beach access was great, the pool was nice, and the neighborhood seemed safe. Six cars are allowed on the property. 4 in the drivewaay, and 2 in the garage, however there was so much stuff stacked up, and cabled to the hot water heater pipes that only one car would fit. We were there for a specific occasion, and the house served its purpose. That said it was expensive, and I woud have expected more. I give it a B for facility and location, and a C for value for the money.

The house was great size and location. The house was clean and great views of the ocean. The neighborhood was very family friendly. The little ones enjoyed the family pool and splash pad. The only complaint was the 2nd floor air-conditioning was out our whole trip. Arrangements were made for portable air conditioners and fans but the 2 bedrooms on that floor stayed pretty warm. The brush along the board walk needs to be trimmed back. It was hanging over the railings. Caution!! The last morning a rattle snake was coiled up under a hanging leaf on the boardwalk. Overall would definitely stay again.

A few things owners should consider replacing

Beautiful home, ideal location, but did lack attention to detail so bring pool towels, beach towels, beach chairs, we went to home depot, and bought a grill, wine opener, and misc. kitchen supplies. The dishwasher was full of black mold, we were able to run empty a few times and cleaned with bleach. We certainly enjoyed ourselves despite a few hic cups, management company were very accommodating and atttentive.

Annual Mother's Day Trip

Our group was a total of 14 women, youngest was 47yo. We are a group of family and friends mostly consisting of Mother/daughter combos. This is our 39th year doing this trip together. We have been all over the state of Florida over the years. This stay was very enjoyable and home was beautiful. The only suggestion I would have is to make hot water accessible in the kitchen. It was lukewarm at best which was not ideal for doing dishes! This minor issue did not hinder our trip, although that would be the only suggestion I would have. the steps were a bit of an issue for our older women as well. The fear of the elevator did not help either! :) Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

Spring break

Overall the house was nice being ocean front but …. A few issues some of the beds very uncomfortable. A new grill was supposed to be delivered that Monday and never came they brought in another old one to use. The master bedroom no shutters for privacy next door neighbor if out on his deck could see right in or at night if lights on anyone on beach could see right in.
