Villa 5 rooms on ground 1000 m ², with swimming pool and bowling ground close to the sea (400m) and beaches (800m) in calm residential quarter. - Ground floor: master suite, TV office with sofa bed and fireplace, living room with fireplace, kitchen, WC. - Floor: 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath and bidet, WC. - Outside: terrace 50 m², swimming pool 9x4m, beach and garden, lit boulodrome, babyfoot, closed parking for 2 cars.

Logement idéal à la Ciotat, nous nous y sommes de suite sentis bien notamment grâce a la piscine, le terrain de pétanque mais surtout la gentillesse de Kader qui nous a acceuillis. Merci encore

Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub in einem fantastischen Haus! Das haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr gut ausgestattet! Es ist auch schön eingerichtet. Der Pool ist super und das Haus liegt in einer sehr guten und ruhigen Gegend. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war top. Die Betreuung vor Ort auch. Der Hausverwalter ist sehr nett und zuverlässig und hat in allen Belangen sofort geholfen. Das einzige, was wir uns gewünscht hätten, wären richtige Liegen am Pool gewesen. Aber immerhin gab es Liegestühle. Also kein Grund zu klagen. Wir waren zu neunt und alle hatten ausreichend Platz. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Haus wohnen. Es war großartig!

La Ciotat en famille

Maison très agréable. Nous y étions très bien avec 2 enfants en bas âge. La piscine étant là, les siestes des petits ne nous ont pas gènés Nous avons découvert la ciotat et ses environs. Très belle région.

Tolles Anwesen !

Sauberer , wunderbarer Pool und Terrasse , wunderschönes Anwesen mit 2 Fahrrädern , Grill und ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen , die wir waren. Auch kochen kann man super , es ist alles da. Leider fehlt es etwas an Sauberkeit vor allem in der Küche , was mich aber nicht groß gestresst hat , da es nicht mein Haus ist . 😇😊. Super und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter . Absolute Empfehlung und Gutes preis - Leistungs -Verhältnis

Ein super Urlaub

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Haus und wie auch im letzten Jahr sehr zufrieden. Wir würden uns nur neue Liegestühle wünschen, da die alten kaputt sind. Ansonsten lieben wir das Haus.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette très jolie maison bien équipé. Un effort pourrait être fait sur la propreté (vaisselle retrouvée sale dans les placards, coin crasseux, toiles de poussière au pied de nombreux meubles..) mais sinon Top ! Merci

Une belle maison et spacieuse. Chambres à coucher climatisées et lits très confortables 👍🏻2 salles de bains très pratique! Un très bel extérieur et le must la piscine qui est super! Maison très très bien située dans une rue au calme, à côté de la mer et du centre de la Ciotat. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine 🤩
