If you are looking for the perfect seashore rental, look no further! This second-floor condo in the Midtown Landing is beautifully designed with high ceilings and a spacious layout. Featuring a large, bright living room with a gas fireplace, dining area, a private covered deck to enjoy your morning coffee, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliance, hardwood floors, full size laundry room and recessed lighting throughout. The master suite has a king size bed and private bath, a second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (total of 4 twin beds) and the third bedroom has a king size bed. There is a full bathroom off the hallway. Exterior amenities include an enclosed covered common shower, an assigned parking space, bike rack and a ground level elevator access. This midtown unit is perfectly located close to the beach, shopping, recreation complex and fishing pier. A perfect vacation retreat!
