Located in a private property enjoying a spacious garden and pleasantly wooded, you enjoy a comfortable, modern and quiet. Recently furnished, it is equipped with everything you need to spend an exceptional stay and the private parking, equipped with video surveillance, brings you an extra comfort and secure.
The accommodation can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child or teenager (child over 5/6 years recommended, housing is not equipped for young children).
The large main room is very well lit by the natural light that emanates from the large bay window; this exhibition allows you to benefit from a magnificent view of the garden and the terrace equipped with a pergola and a large outdoor table; breakfast, dinner, meals and relaxation will be appreciated and this in all tranquility and privacy.
You will also appreciate the comfort of the very well equipped kitchen and the lounge which will allow you to spend excellent evenings facing a plethora of films and series offered by NETFLIX programs put at your disposal for free! the sofa bed, very comfortable, can accommodate one person.
And if you prefer to watch TV in your comfortable and cozy bed, then you will be choosing the warm and modern room; it can accommodate 2 people.
The bathroom, very functional and optimized, offers you the necessary comfort and the cellar which is reserved for you, will allow you to lighten your household tasks by soliciting the washing machine and the dishwasher made available to you.
