This studio was very cozy and had everything we needed for a short stay in flagstaff. The place was clean, modern and comfortable. Beautiful, comfy bedding and high end bath products are a nice touch. It’s a scenic, easy walk to downtown and to Basha’s grocery store. We had our bikes and enjoyed riding around the neighborhood, NAU campus and Buffalo park which are all nearby. Great communication with our host Lisa as well. Overall it’s a lovely place to stay! On a side not highly recommend Las Gorditas Mexican restaurant, we are from Phoenix so we have a plethora of great Mexican food and are very picky, this place was excellent and owners are so friendly.
We had everything we needed including complete comfort. A very nice setup that retains guest privacy. Centrally located to see much of the local beauty. Would stay again without hesitation.
We enjoyed the location, it enabled us to walk to town in 15 minutes. The space was a great size and very comfortable setting to relax. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The coffee and snacks were a nice touch.
The location is ideal, walking distance to downtown Flagstaff. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The studio was very clean and spacious with a perfect kitchenette that had snacks, coffee and creamer. Clean, convenient and comfortable. Would stay again!
Book this spot! We enjoyed walking into Downtown (it is a hike uphill on the way back, but it’s short), traveling to nearby spots to hike, and relaxing in the loft. The bed was extremely comfortable, coffee and snacks provided by the host were awesome for our long drive back to the Vegas airport, and everything was very clean. If we ever travel back to Flag, we’d definitely stay here again.
This stay was every bit as good as I expected from the listing. Easy check in, very nice accommodations, quite spacious for a studio.
Close to everything I needed, great to have washer and dryer in unit. In short, I am totally satisfied and would definitely come back.
Great experience in Flagstaff this weekend, rental was clean and nicely updated, owner was very communicative - i had trouble figuring out the lock code in the dark and Lisa talked me through the process despite it being a bit late - sorry Lisa! Overall great experience.
Friendly neighborhood. Short drive to town. It was nice to have access to kitchen facilities for morning coffee. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed. Access to a full sized washer and drier could be very useful for longer stays.
We had never stayed at a VRBO. Our 4-day stay was a very good experience. The location is very clean, space ample and access to downtown Flagstaff very convenient. Lisa, our host was extremely helpful - making excellent recommendations for breakfast and dinner. The coffee at Macys European Coffeehouse and breakfast at MartAnnes were fantastic! An easy trip to the Grand Canyon topped our stay. Our only suggestion would be a larger refrigerator and a stove. We recommend it without hesitation.
This place was one of the best we’ve stayed yet. Very quiet and relaxing. Large, comfortable studio room with fully equipped kitchenette, walk in closet, lovely bathroom with washer & dryer, and so much natural light flooding in!
Also great trails and fun downtown activities close by.
So glad we chose to stay here!
I was impressed! We were close enough to downtown to walk anywhere we wanted to go within 20 minutes, and far enough away that the noises of late night didn’t keep us awake.
Property owner was so unobtrusive we never realized she was there! Check in and out couldn’t have been easier. Impeccably clean and lots of little perks (like free snacks and the use of a washer and dryer!) that other places don’t offer.
Would happily stay here again.
Wonderful property! Quiet location. Bed was so comfy. Unit was clean and perfect! Very inviting. We enjoyed our stay. Look forward to future stays when we come back to visit my daughter at NAU.
My husband and I had a wonderful weekend away in Flagstaff. This studio was perfect for our needs. It was extremely clean and updated. There were nice touches such as the coffee and snacks. The location was close to everything and an easy drive or walk to downtown. We will be back!

Once got code was great
We were unable to spend our first night in the property as the host did not send us the code to enter the property. We tried to message her through the app but heard nothing until late that night after we had already secured a hotel room and was asleep. She did answer after midnight sometime and gave us the code to get in and we were able to stay the rest of our weekend. We also tried to call the VRBO office and they were closed and never heard back from them. Once we got settled it was a great little place to stay. Had everything you needed. Only thing that would have been better would be to have had a little bigger refrigerator but it worked out ok. Everything was very clean and close to downtown and to our daughters house. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Overall a nice stay after initial frustration
The place is perfectly located in a quiet residential area surrounded by the tall ponderosa pine trees. It is far enough from the tourist centered downtown but close enough to walk to it. You can enjoy the local farmer’s market a couple of times a week.
The studio is very clean and spacious for two adults. It is catered more to a short stay due to a mini refrigerator and limited kitchen appliances. However, there are plenty of restaurants nearby that you will enjoy.
We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back again!! We tried to book for another weekend while we were staying, but they were already booked. We have a daughter who attends NAU so this will be our new "go to" place to stay.
Excellent place to stay to give us access to Grand Canyon-South Rim and Sedona! Exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. Owner takes great pride in making sure guests enjoy their stay. There was even a basket of snacks! Highly recommend to travelers.
