Upstairs studio suite attached to a family residence with a separate entrance and complete privacy. Walking distance from Historic Downtown, restaurants, coffee houses, art galleries and retail shops.

Lovely bathroom with granite countertop and spacious shower. Washer/dryer. Suite offers a huge king size bed, desk, sofa and bistro dining table. Small studio kitchen is appointed with a coffee station, microwave, toaster, toaster oven and hot plate as well as dishes and utensils.

Beautiful light from many windows looking onto a tree-top canopy view. Very clean, peaceful and cozy.

There is no handicapped access. Off street parking available.
