Conveniently located off US31 with ample parking features 339 feet of frontage on Crooked Lake. This condo features 2 bathrooms, 1 private bedroom and offers commanding views of Crooked Lake.

Bedroom offers a queen bed with a private bathroom. Studio apartment side offers a queen murphy bed and its own bathroom. There are games for entertainment and the condo is equipped with everything you need for your home away from home.

-Max of 4 guests
-No pets of any kind due to HOA By-Laws
-Gas Grill available beach side.
-Fire pit available beach side, wood is not provided.
-Washer and dryer available on site in the Community Room
-Kayaks available June-Oct 15. M, L & XL life vest available. The assigned kayaks are available on a first come, first serve basis as we manage a couple different rentals here. You must fill out a wavier when booking, on our website.
-Trailers: Are not allowed on the site, arrangements will need to be made for off site parking, we can assist with recommendations.

We came up on motorcycles and a car and it was a great experience great location.

We had a great time. Everything was five star all the way only 2 miles from Vernales one of the best steakhouses I think in the state and very easy to check in and check out. I’m new to VRBO, but I really like the experience.

Our stay was very relaxing! The condo has everything that one needs when on vacation and more. We did think that there was a beach that one could walk right into the lake to swim and that is not the case. So fyi!The views are AMAZING!!!The place is very quiet and everyone is very helpful.

Accommodations weren’t for us

Unfortunately, the waterfront location was useless to us. The lake was not accessible, it was not usable for swimming or walking, and we didn’t even want to use a kayak or boat. The traffic noise was SO LOUD, balcony lights stayed on all night and lit the condo like daylight all night long. The air conditioning units were loud and noticeably ran on & off 24 hrs a day. The bed was way too high and could not easily access or get off. The host communicated well, everything was clean, and the condo was close to places we wanted to visit.

Great Stay, Great Location

Things we loved about the property: It was centrally located in between the cities we visited. The unit itself was decorated nicely and the furniture all worked together. The unit was close to the laundry facility, which is on site. You can use cash or download the app. The kitchen was well stocked with the items we needed to cook breakfast. Things we felt were cons: The south driveway is a mess to get out of. Forget trying to turn left to go down the Petoskey. You are better off turning right out of the driveway, and then a left at the light. Go around the block so you can turn right to get back on south 31. I’m not sure the units were originally designed as condos. Maybe they were. The ventilation was lacking even after running both A/C units. Pretty hot at night even though the temperature was not too high. I loved having 2 bathrooms, but they were a bit small. The glass shower doors are really annoying when trying to give a child a bath. Overall it was a great stay for what we paid. The host information was great from the start.
