About this property

Country cottage a few minutes' drive from Bologna

Agriturismo Primaluna is located in the green first suburbs of Bologna, in a quiet, hospitable and reserved place, immersed in the countryside, but at the same time very close to the Bologna Fairgrounds and the city center.
Equipped with all comforts, this small farmhouse is the ideal place to disconnect from daily stress and regain contact with nature and yourself after a busy day or for a vacation.
The entire Villino for four or five people. The Farmhouse has free and password-free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, hair dryer, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and reserved parking next to the rooms.
We have also equipped the outdoor garden with all amenities: tables, umbrellas, deck chairs and barbecue. In this way our guests will also be able to relax in the wide spaces surrounding the entire farmhouse, listening to the cicadas in summer, losing themselves in the warm and steamy mist of winter and the colors of autumn. The rate does NOT include any meals. The rate is inclusive of taxes including the city tax.
We will be happy to welcome you with the discretion and friendliness typical of Emilian hospitality.

Wonderful and peaceful stay outside Bologna

My partner Jennie and I traveled from Arizona and Tennessee to Italy for a week of vacation. We spent the second half of our vacation at Matteo & Laura's renovated farmhouse just a 10 minute drive east of the Bologna city center. We loved it. It is rural, quiet, and was perfect for us, even with the rainy weather. From the property you have easy access to restaurants (including the excellent Trattoria in Marano, 1km away) nearby and in Bologna (too many to list, but Taverna de Roberto was particularly good), pasticcerias (Dino's in Castenaso), and markets. But you have space and privacy, and everything works (including the washing machine). Laura met us when we arrived, and communicated promptly before, during, and after our stay. We would love to visit Bologna again and stay at the Via Marana. Thank you Laura and Matteo - perfetto, e grazie mille.

Tout a été localement parfait. Laura est une personne attentionnée vis-à-vis de ses locataires. Le logement était parfait; La localisation parfaite.Juste un couac, probablement de ma faute, lié au système de réservation d'Abritel, pour lequel je me suis trouvé dans l'impossibilité de vérifier.Il s'agit de la présence d'un chien pour lequel j'avais bien vérifié que c'était possible dans ce gîte.Laura a vérifié de son côté que je n'avais pas réglé le montant requis, ce qu'il m'a été impossible de vérifier, ne retrouvant pas le détail de ma facture. Nous avons réglé sur place la différence et les vacances ont pu commencer ...

Excellente location, très bien équipée et charmante. Tout le nécessaire est prévu et l’accueil est remarquable, Laura est aux petits soins. L’emplacement est idéal pour les amoureux de la nature et permet de visiter Bologne, Modene et Parme. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Très bel endroit en campagne à 30 minutes de Bologne. Jardin empli d'oiseaux : amenez. vos jumelles ! Calme et sécurité assurés. Laura est très cordiale et attentive à ses hôtes .Grande maison avec tout confort très bien équipée. Nous avons pu rayonner tout autour l'accès à l'autoroute était très facile. Thé place to be !!

Laura est une hôte d'exception. Son accueil est chaleureux et ses conseils très utiles. Toujours disponible pour répondre à nos éventuelles questions, elle nous fait gagner beaucoup de temps. A partir de cet endroit nous avons pu facilement nous rendre à Bologne (4kms) , Rimini ou encore Venise. Je recommande cette adresse.

Fantastische und ruhige Unterkunft

Wo soll ich nur anfangen zu schwärmen?! Schon im Vorfeld hat uns Laura, die Gastgeberin, kontaktiert und es war ein sehr angenehmer Kontakt. Der Check In erfolgte durch Laura persönlich, die nach WhatsApp-Absprache bei unserer Ankunft vor Ort war. Überaus freundlich zeigte und erklärte sie uns alles. Das Ferienhaus selbst war sehr sauber und ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Putzutensilien sind komplett vorhanden, Gewürze in der Küche (die sehr gut ausgestattet ist), Waschmittel für die AEG-Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Duschgel etc. Uns fiel nichts ein was wir vermisst hätten. Das Haus hat zwei Schlafzimmer, eines davon quasi ein Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung mit o.g. Küche, das andere hat ein eigenes Bad und die nötigsten "Kochutensilien", Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und Geschirr. Die Bilder halten was sie versprechen. An dieser Stelle noch mal "Grazie mille" an Laura.

Ruhige, abgeschiedene Lage

Sign. Laura, die Vermieterin ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Person, es hat in der FeWo an nichts gefehlt, alles Tip Top sauber und ordentlich, wir haben es für 3 Übernachtungen als Zwischenstopp von Siilien noch Deutschland gebucht, ist aber sehrwohl auch für einen 2-wöchigen Emilia-Romagna- Urlaub geeignet. Super Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben eine Woche im Juli 2020 in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Wir hatten das ganze Haus für 5 Personen, was völlig ausreichend war. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist schön und es gibt auch schattige Plätze zu jeder Tageszeit. Alles in allem empfehlenswert.

Great Experience

Charming newer home with all the conveniences required for a family of five. Very clean, plenty of hot water and good size bathrooms and bedrooms. All the windows were screened and opened easily to allow fresh air in. We never had to ask for anything extra everything was provided. Laura was very kind and professional and explained everything to us clearly We will definitely return next year.

Sehr schönes Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung

Dies ist eine sehr gut ausgestattete und sehr ordentliche Ferienwohnung. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Auch die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr nett und immer zu erreichen. Die Sitzmöglichkeite im freien bieten den ganzen Tag Schatten umdort zu frühstücken oder auch Nachmittags draußen zu sitzen. Die Lage ist ideal um naheliegende Ziele zu erkunden, selbst Venedig ist nur 90 min entfernt und Bologna in 10 min. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Peaceful home.

A new, ultra-clean, comfortable and well-equipped house. Ideal for a family of four who can have their own space. Impeccable bedding for an assured sleep. A perfect location to visit Bologna, Florence, Pisa, San Marino, Ferrara, Commachio, etc. Since in the countryside one shall admire and enjoy a peaceful BBQ with the family after a long day of sightseeing. We felt as being at home. The owners are very welcoming people, warm and took good care of us.

Un gîte ultra propre, neuf et bien équipé. Idéal pour une famille avec deux ados qui ont leur propre espace. Literie impeccable pour un sommeil assuré. Un emplacement parfait pour visiter l'Emilie Romagne (pour nous : Bologne, Ferrare, Ravenne, Modène, la campagne et les lidos vers Ravenne jusqu'à Commachio -coup de coeur-). Plus au calme qu'à Bologne même, puisqu'à la campagne, dans les champs (mais pas isolé) ! Avec Laura tout est très facile, de la réservation au départ. Elle a bien pris soin de nous, elle est très gentille et généreuse !5 étoiles donc !

Un séjour parfait

La maison est vraiment belle, bien aménagée, confortable et très propre. Les pièces sont vastes et décorées avec beaucoup de goût. Les propriétaires sont des personnes très accueillantes, chaleureuses et de bon conseil. Nous nous sommes sentis comme avec des amis, on ne peut qu'avoir envie d'y retourner. Enormément d'endroits à visiter et d'activités à faire dans un périmètre assez restreint très accessible de cette belle maison.
