Thank you for your review! We are so happy to hear you were pleased with the interior of our unit and enjoyed your stay! However, we are sorry to hear the above unit was a bit noisy. We are relieved to hear it didn't put a damper on your vacation and greatly appreciate your understanding. We would love to have you back for a noise-free vacation and hope to see you again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your stay didn’t meet expectations and apologize for the issue with the AC unit. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially during the summer heat, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. While we were aware of an AC issue prior to your arrival and had it scheduled for repair well in advance, an unexpected delay on the part of the AC company unfortunately pushed the fix into the evening of your check-in. Once resolved, the unit did begin cooling that night, but we understand the temporary discomfort this caused and issued a refund. Later in your stay, the system experienced another issue, which we weren’t able to fully address before your departure—we understand how disappointing that was and provided an additional refund. We never want a guest to leave dissatisfied, and we appreciate your honest feedback—it helps us continue to improve. Good news - we have scheduled a full AC replacement to ensure future guests are completely comfortable during their stay. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future and hope to see you again soon.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. It's unfortunate that the elevator was slow and that you encountered an odor in the water initially. It's important to mention that this unit is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath accommodation, and we advertise it to sleep up to 6 guests with the pull-out couch. We understand the frustration with the parking situation and the lack of accessibility features. Please know that we take your feedback seriously and will address these issues with the property management. Despite these challenges, we're glad to hear that you found the room clean and enjoyed your overall stay. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
