The first floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. Washer/dryer are also on this floor. The second level has the spacious living and dining area, kitchen and half bath. A large deck off the living area is perfect for relaxing and sunning with views of the ocean. The third floor bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with walk in shower, also a deck with ocean views. Close to shopping center, restaurants and Dealy Field recreation area.
