You will enjoy a fully furnished and equipped apt with a modern kitchen including stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pans, pots, silverware, china, etc. An ample balcony looking at the marina while enjoying the breeze zipping a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Also, the apartment is fully air conditioned and has two free parking spaces. In short, only bring your clothes and ready to make long lasting memories that will make you wanting to come back. Weather you want a romantic getaway or a family vacation, our apartment is the perfect place for you.

We also really appreciated the short 5 minute walk (if you take your time) to restaurants and bars. One restaurant was right on the water. Next door to it were local bars to experience authentic PR culture Great place great location.

We loved the accommodations! They were clean, and everything we needed was there for use during our stay. It was a plus to have use of beach towels and chairs. The house was accommodating, relaxing, beds were comfortable and close to all amenities. There was a beautiful marina view but no beach view. It was within driving distance to great restaurants, shopping and the beach. We really enjoyed our visit and would stay there again. Thank you!

Roomy property with comfortable furnishings. Super convenient to have the washer/dryer. The location was ideal for Fajardo-based excursions, though we did not find it very walkable otherwise. Host was super responsive and helpful.

This property was perfect for 2 families traveling together. Teen boys had room with twin beds, parents in other rooms. Basketball court and pools were a plus. Condo was in great condition and property was well kept. Felt very safe - gated community. walkable to local restaurants / bars. closest grocery only 5 minutes away.

Property was clean, very secure with 24 hour security and gated community. Check in/out process was effortless. Condo was fully supplied with beach chairs and other items for the stay. Owner was very attentive when the island lost power and water issues, everything was handled quickly. Great local restaurants within walking distance.

Great place in Fajardo! Spacious, bright and cheery. The community has two nice pools and a fitness center. There is a single tennis court, however, it was always available.

Home away from home

This place is your home away from home, everything was cleaned and nice. Full kitchen which gave us access to cook in comfort, came with everything you need for a beach day (cooler, beach chairs, beach towels). Infinity pool, gym and basketball court all in a secured property. I would definitely recommend and stay in this place again.
