This place was clean and well stocked with towels, bathroom and kitchen essentials. I would highly recommend staying here. Our kids loved the pools and short water slide.

I loved this property. There was enough room for all of us to spread out and relax. The balcony was pretty cool and had a nice view of the marina. My daughter loved the pools and my boys loved that they each had their own bed. My in laws even had their own space. The bathrooms were nicely sized and had everything we needed. The kitchen also had plenty of pots and pans. The only problem with our stay was that we didn't stay longer.

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico. 30 days. Our condo was immaculate. The location is ideal. Our host was very accommodating. Looking forward to returning next year!

Wonderful owner, wonderful property. Here are some highlightsThe property itself was very nice, very clean and nicely furnished Location: We love a slow pace so we enjoyed the property’s three pools. We also really appreciated the short 5 minute walk (if you take your time) to restaurants and bars. One restaurant was right on the water. Next door to it were local bars to experience authentic PR culture Great place great location.

We loved the accommodations! They were clean, and everything we needed was there for use during our stay. It was a plus to have use of beach towels and chairs. The house was accommodating, relaxing, beds were comfortable and close to all amenities. There was a beautiful marina view but no beach view. It was within driving distance to great restaurants, shopping and the beach. We really enjoyed our visit and would stay there again. Thank you!

Our stay was comfortable, safe and beautiful!! We had the amenities of a washer dryer, beach chairs, cart, and so much more. We will return on our next trip to Puerto Rico.

Great stay!!

Leticia’s communication was great and the property was very clean and well maintained. Great location with snorkeling tours directly across the street at the marina. Bars down the street were fun and easy to walk to. Hope to stay again soon!!

Roomy property with comfortable furnishings. Super convenient to have the washer/dryer. The location was ideal for Fajardo-based excursions, though we did not find it very walkable otherwise. Host was super responsive and helpful.

Has it all!

We stayed at this property for 3 nights prior to our cruise. It had everything we needed and we felt very secure. It was our first time staying in this area and we weren't disappointed.

Love this community!

Excellent stay

Property was clean, very secure with 24 hour security and gated community. Check in/out process was effortless. Condo was fully supplied with beach chairs and other items for the stay. Owner was very attentive when the island lost power and water issues, everything was handled quickly. Great local restaurants within walking distance.

We had an awesome week in Fajardo! This property was perfect and minutes away from beaches, snorkeling tours, and all around fun in Puerto Rico! The pools were great, exercise facilities were up to date, and the space was well laid out with an awesome front porch! Highly recommend *****
