Have you been dreaming of a sun-soaked Florida Keys getaway with ample space for your whole family? Turn those dreams into a reality at this canal-front six-bedroom Key Colony Beach home with private pool and hot tub access, a location that's perfect for high seas adventures, and room for up to 14 guests.
Heated pool/Spa on request with a fee of $350 for the week. Along with a heated hot tub. Dockage can handle a boat up to 35 feet on length. Home has a ton of patio chairs, lounge chairs, umbrella, table that seat 6 and couch. Downstairs area has a small dinning table that seats 4. Kid Friendly home....
City is very strict on the amount of people in the home. If you bring more than 14 people there will be a an issue with the City of Key colony Beach.

A perfect vacation to the keys!

The house was in the perfect location in a wonderful neighborhood! Very easy access to the public boat ramp and kept our boat at the dock with no problems for the week. The house is spacious and the AC works great! Cold at times actually. Pool was clean and lawn kept in great shape. Overall a great stay and highly recommend!

Our family enjoyed our week stay! The location was great, pool was perfect and ample space for 11 of us. The quick walk each evening to watch the sunset at Sunset Park and the Tuesday farmers market were our highlights. We would love to stay again in the future.

Beautiful home in Key Colony Beach

We were so happy with this home in Key Colony Beach (Marathon). We have stayed in this neighborhood before and it did not disappoint again. Very safe and family friendly! The home itself was very clean and even prettier than the pictures. The pool was a hit, as well as fishing in the canal and watching anything that was swimming by! Don't miss sunset at the park, very sweet tradition. We would gladly stay here again! Thank you!
