It is vacation worthy or a business traveler's delight. It's a highly maintained community with various pools, hot tubs, large gym to name a few. All within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, and entertainment. A quiet, low traffic road can get you onto the US60 within seconds and it is within walking distance to Banner Gateway Hospital. Why they chose this property

Gilbert is the highest densely populated area of married couples (families) in the US. It is literally a "bedroom community". The recently built hotels nearby understood the under-served demographic of visitors who are coming to work, visit family or looking to settle here. This spacious rental goes beyond the hotel offering. It's a home away from home with all the luxuries of a resort.
