Magnificent heated swimming pools ( family or adults only), 2-story state-of-the-art fitness centre and spa overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, luxurious indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a pool-side bar/restaurant that focuses on freshly made food such as sushi, roasted/grilled meat, salads, pizza. Luxurious 30K sqf spa with a full array of indulgent and treatments.

Direct view of the Atlantic Ocean; 40 feet long balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and bedrooms providing maximum enjoyment of spectacular ocean, intracoastal and city views.

Fully furnished with tasteful, contemporary and elegant furniture. Three bedrooms, each with a full bath, are equipped with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed and one queen-size sofa-bed. Beautiful Condo

We loved our stay at Carl's Condo. The unit was in great condition and whatever small issues we had, he took care of promptly. The unit has a great southern view of the beach, pool and city and building has wonderful amenities.
