Renovated Bahia Vista 2nd floor 2 bedroom garden condo with partial Gulf views

Fully furnished beach side condo on Venice Island in the Bahia Vista community amongst the canopy of BaynanTrees, Palms with incredible Mediterranean feel to the property.
Steps to the beach, incredible pool, beachside multi level deck with lounges, tables, chairs and umbrellas (perfect for sunbathing, dining, watching the sunset over the gulf, watching the surfers near the jetty and reading a book).

The condo has been extensively renovated in 2021. Everything is new including all furniture, mattresses, flooring, bathrooms and kitchen.
The kitchen is a chef's kitchen with Ceasarstone countertops and cooking cabinets with all utensils, pots and pans and dishware.
It is a two bedroom and two bathroom unit - The Master bedroom includes a new bed with an ultra plush King mattress and TV and renovated master bathroom with tub, shower, floating lavatory and toilet
The ocean view bedroom includes 2 twin beds and bathroom with a shower, toilet and floating lavatory
The main large living area is a double height space with a 20 foot high cathedral ceiling with a wall of daylight windows for incredible natural light. The room has a large TV with a large sofa (sleeper sofa- only to be used for an occasional guest), recliner, coffee table, and storage with games, books and other beach items
The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with a new bamboo dining table with seating up to six.
High Speed Wireless internet is included with the rental
There is a small washer and dryer in unit for small loads - Larger loads should be done in the Bahia Vista laundry area steps from the condo
The unit has 2 balconies - one with a dining table with Gulf Views and the other with garden views off the kitchen
Covered reserved parking is included with the unit
2 Kayaks are available for an additional rental fee
Beach equipment, towels come with the unit
Beachside heated pool is 50 yards from the unit along a beautiful walkway through Banyan trees
The is a large communal game and reading room beachside
Expansive acclaimed beach 75 yards from the unit- with sharks teeth
The unit is immaculately clean and new
5 minute walk to the Venice Jetty
Highly rated Crow's nest restaurant is across the street for easy take out or cocktails or dinner overlooking the Venice Marina

Venice Beach Vacation

Property was even nicer and larger than the pictures. Beautiful view of landscaped courtyard from outside covered porch. Beach is right there! First VRBO property that I rented that there were zero issues with - everything worked great. Just a short walk to the south jetty. We loved this place so much that we have already reserved it for next year.

Why they chose this property

Completely renovated and state of the art. Incredible mattresses and 2nd story views into the tree canopies as well as views to the beach and sunset. The Bahia Vista community is amazing in scale, foliage, and feels very European. The Pool is best in class next to the beach with an extensive decking system with lounges, tables and chairs. Our favorite thing to do is get peel and eat shrimp from the Crows nest (3 minute walk) and bring dinner and a bottle of wine back to beachside deck and eat dinner watching the sunset.

What makes this property unique

Garden plan with greenspace and walking paths amongst Banyan trees with the Beach 50 feet away. Spaces like these are few and far between. Not a 10 story condo unit with no greenspace. It is an environment unlike any other in Venice.
