The nearby Sant’Ambroggio marina is a tourist complex comprising a marina, a harbor master's office, a Club Med. Lumio occupies the most remarkable part of the Balagne coast, it is under marine influence, Mediterranean climate. At the northern exit of the village take the D71, known as the "Balagne Corniche Road" which serves 12 "balcony villages" to Belgodère
