A block from the beach, in the heart of town you'll have panoramic breaking ocean views, hill tops, city lights and the Pismo Beach Pier, exclusively yours from this 3 bedroom/3.5 bath house.

Coastal elegance abounds throughout. The two car garage is accessed from the entry foyer, as well as the first level bedroom.
This bedroom features a queen bed, 32" flat screen TV, and private en suite full bath.

The second level offers living with a 50" flat screen TV, ocean view picture window, formal dining, a convenient half bath, gourmet kitchen, and it opens to the BBQ dining entertaining balcony. Ocean views for socializing from here, also.

Expect a boutique hotel experience on the 3rd level. In addition to sedate decor, the master bedroom has an en suite bath, 32" TV and a sparkling ocean view from the window. The second bedroom is tranquil and inviting, with a 32" TV and queen bed. This floor has another full bath and washer/dryer.

At the top find lounge seating to soak up sun or moon light while viewing all that Pismo Beach has to offer.

Perfect Location, Space for Everyone

Everything was great, the property was well-appointed and stocked with everything we needed including a selection of quality pots/pans and pantry items, which is always appreciated. The rooftop and 2nd floor deck got a lot of use but needed to be cleaned of cobwebs etc., but it’s understandable. The house otherwise was very clean and everything worked as advertised. No filter installed in fridge dispenser, so we had to buy water bottles. But the big fridge and overall quality of the fixtures in the kitchen were great. The property’s layout was great for our 3 person family, we were able to basically all have a floor if wanted and we spent a lot of time at the beach and up on the rooftop, or just watching the sunset from the living room window. Parking and access as well as key pickup was a breeze, highly recommended.

We loved our stay. Great spot and views. Be sure to bring basics (salt, pepper) for cooking. Power went out on the third floor on our last night which was odd, but did not hamper our trip.

Lovely property but not a great rental experience

Overall the property is in a perfect location. 2 short blocks to downtown restaurants, shops, and beach (which you have a view of). Very nicely decorated townhouse. Would stay again but why I rated ok is they charge a very high cleaning fee, and the place wasnt sparkling clean (dust in food cabinets, fridge had food marks, behind TV in master so dusty- I have photos). They also charge a very HIGH deposit for breakages when all 6 bowls, and 3 mugs had chips. We arrived to no power on 3rd floor, apparently its a known problem that the circuit is an issue. We managed to find the issue and fix but not what you expect at check in. Feel the owners need to address a few of these things if they are charging this much for this place. Beach Bum rentals manage this property and i was blown away by the rental contract and conditions that are very one sided. Never experienced this in all my years using VRBO.
