Traditional Breton house, 5 minutes from the beach, near Saint Brieuc, Binic-Etables sur Mer, St Quay Portrieux. 50 minutes from Cap Fréhel.
The house consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a large living room with fitted kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob), wood stove.
Closed courtyard with wooden terrace, ideal for naps and barbecues.
Private parking space.
1 bed 160x200, 2 beds 90x190, 1 sofa bed.
Possibility of a cleaning fee of 80 € at the end of the stay.
Linen rental from 25 € per person.
