CENTRAL ELEGANT APARTMENT WITH PRIVATE PARKING

Comfortable and spacious apartment, very well located, right in the middle of town, with a small balcony pretty to sit and watch the world go by, with a side view of the lake. Walking distance to the Lake shore, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment consists of a large living room with comfortable living area and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom with a firm Queen size bed, bathroom with shower, utility room. The private garage, located in the basement of the building, it is a real bonus, considering that in the Village of Torri del Benaco, free parking is an issue.
Equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fan in the bedroom, radiator heating for the winter season, safe, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare a family meal if you wish to: you will find a large gas stove, a conventional oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge with freezer compartment. In addition, small touches to make you feel like at home, such as an American coffee machine complete with coffee and filters, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, dishwasher detergent, soap for the washing machine, garbage bags, hairdryer, soap and shampoo, and of course fresh towels and bed sheets!

* Lock the apartment and return the keys to the keybox where you found them. * Vacate the parking space by 11:00 am, as it is needed by the cleaning staff.
Please remember to pay the tourist tax: €2 per night for each adult guest. You may leave the cash on the table or pay through BANK TRANSFER (see instruction)
