Welcome to our Hughes Street 1 House! This charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is located
near the corner of Hughes and North Street, minutes away from Downtown Nacogdoches and the
Stephen F. Austin State University campus! Hughes 1 is fully furnished in a cozy fashion to make
you feel at home in the oldest town in Texas. The house includes a homey indoor living area with a
fireplace as well as an outdoor seating area and grill, so you and your family can gather at any time
of year regardless of the weather. If you plan on staying in, the amenities such as WI-FI, smart TV,
