Queen sized beds in 5 of the bedrooms and Full sized bed in 1 of the bedrooms, brand new or freshly laundered linen, bath and beach towels etc. Two bars...one in the family room and one in the den. Kitchen is fully stocked with every small appliance known to man and ready for you to just drop your bags and live like you're at home. Wireless internet throughout the home and a huge sparkling blue pool in the back yard which is completely private. Keyless entry for easy access. Location is amazing and you'll have immediate access to all the most convenient interstates (I-95; I-595; turnpike) and yet be close to our gorgeous BEACH! Property is 5 minutes away from FLL Airport and 25 minutes from MIA Airport. We are 10 minutes away from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and New Guitar Hotel & Casino. We are 25 minutes away from the world’s largest Outlet Mall...Sawgrass Mills. After a long day you can relax and watch a movie on our 75” tv or grill a steak or veggies on the BBQ grill while relaxing by the pool. The atmosphere in this home is SECOND TO NONE. Gather used towels and store extra beds

Please put all dirty towels in the laundry room and dispose of all garbage in the garbage bins outside. Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and if you used the roll away beds, put them away.

If you rearranged any furniture inside or on the patio, please put it back to where it was. Also please turn off the a.c. and the lights and lock all doors even the bottom lock on the front door.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There is parking for up to 7 cars. Do not under any circumstances park in front of anyone’s property.

Our stay at this property was outstanding. LaShaun was an amazing host that was very responsive. The house is larger on the inside than it seems and matched the pictures that were on the website. The neighborhood was very quiet and is in an area that is accessible to everything. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we come back to FL if available.

We loved the place, had a great time, we had a little issue, but it was resolved and Leshaun was very accommodating, amazing communication, and great at helping us out. Extra cleaning could have been done but besides that the place was nice and aesthetically pleasing. The host also left ample supplies that was very useful for us during our stay. Would definitely book again!

We enjoyed the relaxing and comfortable accommodations. The heated pool was refreshing in the morning and evening. Plenty of room for our group to relax and enjoy one another. Having power strips in the bedrooms for electronic would have been nice.Thank you again for your nice home!

Best trip ever!!

Lashawn is the absolute best I talked with her 2 months before we came down and she layed the place out for us!!! If i could give 40 stars it’ll be for this property we had EVERYTHING we needed for a wonderful weekend thank you. This house is my new residence in Florida.

Nice home

Wonderful pool which the kids & adults loved! Plenty of room for the entire family. Kitchen had every gadget you could need plus some! Only a few miles from the beach and the port which was a bonus. Could not have asked for a better host, the best we’ve had at any rental we have stayed at. Questions were answered very quickly! Thank you for a great stay!!

First of all the host was wonderful. Everything you could have possible needed was in the home. My family meet in different parts of Florida numerous time through out the year and we are very happy we chose this property. Nice time had by all. Amazing

I have been coming to Florida for the past four years for the Jets vs Dolphins game, and this house by far is the best house that I ever stayed at. The house was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It was close to many stores and restaurants. I stayed there with 5 of my coworkers, and no one had any complaints. Additionally, Lashaun was an exceptional host who was very accessible and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

My my when I tell you this Property and the property manager was off the chart the cleanest Property I have ever be in the inside of the house was to die for the A1 service we got Stella Rosa Blk wine was on bar for us Refrigerator whale stock of water and soda and when I tell you this best Property manager I ever met WE WILL BE GOING BACK THE LOCATION IS TO DIE FOR

Best Decision Ever!

First let me start with how sweet, genuine and accommodating the host is. She was available every time i called. This trip was a co-ed bachelor/bachelorette party. Most of the guest arrived before i did and she made sure everything flowed smoothy for them to enter the home and settle in Secondly the house is gorgeous, clean and furnished nicely. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The backyard furniture and the pool area was clean and confy as well. We had a blast. Would definitely recommend this home and the host to anyone!

We had a fantastic stay at this Dania Beach property! With seven of us ranging from adults to an 11-year-old, finding a place that comfortably accommodated everyone was key, and this spot delivered. The property was nice, clean, and tidy, making it easy for us to settle in right away. All the amenities were good, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient vacation. Plus, its proximity to all the local sites made exploring the area a breeze. We also really appreciated the very fast and good communication from the manager, which made our stay even smoother. We'd definitely recommend it!

Very Nice Home

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. It was very spacious and fit our needs. Didn’t realize it had two separate sitting areas. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was very nice having a washer and dryer onsite. In addition to the great accommodations, the host is very responsive. This location is great as it is in between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.
