This is a massive, fully furnished 6 bedroom, 4 bath home with a HEATED POOL. Just 5 minutes by car to our gorgeous beaches, new pier, boardwalk, Dania Pointe and Young Circle which has restaurants, shopping and all the night life the city has to offer…yet located in a quiet residential neighborhood! Queen sized beds in 5 of the bedrooms and Full sized bed in 1 of the bedrooms, brand new or freshly laundered linen, bath and beach towels etc. Two bars...one in the family room and one in the den. Kitchen is fully stocked with every small appliance known to man and ready for you to just drop your bags and live like you're at home. Wireless internet throughout the home and a huge sparkling blue pool in the back yard which is completely private. Keyless entry for easy access. Location is amazing and you'll have immediate access to all the most convenient interstates (I-95; I-595; turnpike) and yet be close to our gorgeous BEACH! Property is 5 minutes away from FLL Airport and 25 minutes from MIA Airport. We are 10 minutes away from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and New Guitar Hotel & Casino. We are 25 minutes away from the world’s largest Outlet Mall...Sawgrass Mills. After a long day you can relax and watch a movie on our 75” tv or grill a steak or veggies on the BBQ grill while relaxing by the pool. The atmosphere in this home is SECOND TO NONE. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all dirty towels in the laundry room and dispose of all garbage in the garbage bins outside. Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and if you used the roll away beds, put them away.
If you rearranged any furniture inside or on the patio, please put it back to where it was. Also please turn off the a.c. and the lights and lock all doors even the bottom lock on the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is parking for up to 7 cars. Do not under any circumstances park in front of anyone’s property.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING 🚭 INSIDE AND NO PETS ALLOWED!!! NO LOUD MUSIC OR LOUD NOISE OUTSIDE!

We loved our stay in Dania Beach. The home was very comfortable and provided everything we needed for a nice, relaxing stay before our cruise. It was so nice to find a lovely home that provided six bedrooms, four bathrooms, a heated pool with comfortable outdoor furniture and grill to utilize and enjoy, especially in the evenings. Amenities galore! The home is close to restaurants/bars and stores as well as a short drive from the airport. We wanted for nothing! I would and will stay here again in a heartbeat should I find myself in the Ft. Lauderdale area ever again. LaShaun is an amazing host and could not have been more kind or helpful. She is a wealth of knowledge should you need any help navigating your trip.We truly had an exceptional time and cannot speak highly enough about LaShaun. Every VRBO host should take a page out of her book!

Couldn't have asked for better hosts. I messaged them 3 times with questions and they called me back within 5 minutes each time. Very nice and accommodating. Great communication even before we arrived.House was very nice and clean. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with every gadget known to man. Bedrooms were nice and roomy. Our absolute favorite spot was the patio and heated pool. Perfect spot for adults and kids. Lights outside at night, even the pool is lighted. Our group was a family with 9 adults and 2 kids, and this size was perfect. Location was nice and close to action. Beach is about 15-20 min drive. Plan on paying for parking anywhere close to the beach. If we return to this area, we will definitely be contacting LaShaun again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Home is well appointed with lots of space for groups or large families who want to stay together. Lots of beds and four full bathrooms. It is near a commuter train track but noise isn’t too loud when you’re inside which is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The owner was very nice and responsive to requests. If you have a group and don’t want to share bathrooms, this is a great spot!

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. It was very spacious and fit our needs. Didn’t realize it had two separate sitting areas. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was very nice having a washer and dryer onsite. In addition to the great accommodations, the host is very responsive. This location is great as it is in between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.

We had a fantastic stay at this Dania Beach property! With seven of us ranging from adults to an 11-year-old, finding a place that comfortably accommodated everyone was key, and this spot delivered. The property was nice, clean, and tidy, making it easy for us to settle in right away. All the amenities were good, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient vacation. Plus, its proximity to all the local sites made exploring the area a breeze. We also really appreciated the very fast and good communication from the manager, which made our stay even smoother. We'd definitely recommend it!

We loved the place, had a great time, we had a little issue, but it was resolved and Leshaun was very accommodating, amazing communication, and great at helping us out. Extra cleaning could have been done but besides that the place was nice and aesthetically pleasing. The host also left ample supplies that was very useful for us during our stay.
