We did enjoy the pools. We never needed the AC.Coffee on the deck, sun coming up, very comfortable. It was a great location to explore Zion and the state parks in the area. Great kitchen for cooking but also went out for Thai and crepes. Had good time.
Great location, beautiful view. Instructions for check out were very clear. Both screen doors to the balcony are broken and a broken outlet in the primary bathroom. Other than that great stay and very family friendly.

Thank you for your feedback. Is that the hall bathroom outlet? Sometimes the sliding guest doors get off track. Is that what you mean or is the screen broken?
The primary bed is very poor quality. The mattress is hard as a rock. The springs make noises. The sheets are cheap. The pillows are not good. The bedspread is cheap. People pay to be able to be comfortable. This is one area to not be cheap on. The kitchen cabinets are a bit dirty. My husband would not use the silverware because the drawer was dirty. The condo is well done otherwise. However, we will not book again due to the mattress. My back is still in agony.

Thank you for your feedback. In 18 years of hosting, I rarely receive concerns like this. I had just purchased brand new pillows the weekend before your stay and replaced the previous ones. The mattress is intentionally on the firmer side, as that is our personal preference when we stay in the home. I’m sorry if the bedding did not meet your comfort preferences.
Great property. Convenient base location for a week of exploring the areas State and National parks. Outstanding amenities. Great for our family of 4. We would definitely stay here again.
This was the second time we have stayed in this condo. It’s very clean, very well stocked, and comfortable. We really like the area, super close to stores and restaurants, and the view off the back deck is beautiful. We will for sure look for this condo when we are in town again.
Clean, bed and night shape, comfortable living room. TV works well.. we were hoping there would be a little bit of coffee, but I guess that’s not supplied. Thank you
Our stay was great! This condo is nice and clean. I wish there had been a little more communication about the amenities that Las Palmas offered - perhaps a book with info in the condo. Overall, it was a very accommodating for our family.
We had a short but great stay at Las Palmas. The condo was very clean & comfortable! We enjoyed staying here & hope to stay again next time we are in St. George.
The condo was clean and well-stocked.The beds were comfortable. The view off the balcony was very nice. The owner was very responsive and helpful. St George is a little slice of heaven!

The property is very much in need of attention and repairs. I read old reviews prior to booking that stated things were broken and they are still broken. Both patio screen doors are broken. There was an active wasp nest outside the master patio door. Patio was filthy and spider webs everywhere. The unit smelled bad when we got there as well. No rugs for the bathroom floor, had to use a towel. The soap pump was broken in the bathroom. Took one from the master bathroom luckily there were 2 in there. Very unappealing patch job on bathroom ceiling, that also made it difficult to close and open the door. Kitchen was stocked okay, I made it work, but really needed some things you didn't have. I had to use a metal spatula on nonstck pots and pans, since you did not have a plastic one, I also prefer a real muffin pan, not silicone. Your mixer has 1 beater, I searched the entire kitchen for the missing beater. Front bedroom was extremely uncomfortably hot. Need ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Need blackout curtains, too much light from the outdoor lighting out front that I could not turn off, I did not sleep well at all because of the heat and outdoor lights. Every other rental I've stayed in has had blackout curtains in the bedrooms and I also have them in my own home. The property pools had cockroaches. The spas were unavailable, under construction and the shower/restrooms very filthy. I would not stay here again.

I’m really sorry to hear this feedback and truly appreciate you taking the time to share it. Since I’m only able to visit the property every few months, insights like this are incredibly helpful.
The screen doors are something we address regularly during visits, as they do tend to come off track. I was not aware of any ceiling patch, so that’s new information to me and I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. Unfortunately, items do occasionally get damaged or go missing, and not everything is reported—often because guests are concerned about potential charges—so your honesty is very helpful.
Regarding the master bedroom, it does have insulated blackout curtains. However, because the bed is positioned close to the window, it can still feel like some light is coming through. For warmer weather, there are stand-up fans located in each closet since there are no ceiling fans.
I will absolutely pass along the concerns about the facility to the HOA, though those particular issues are outside of my direct control. Thank you again for the feedback—it genuinely helps us improve the experience for future guests.

Why they chose this property
St. George has so much to offer....Red rocks and sunshine are my favorite things when I vacation, so what better of a place than right here. We can drive there and feel like we are a million miles away.
What makes this property unique
Very quiet and secluded area of the community, hardly do we have neighbors or noise. The covered porch/balcony is a great place to relax and watch the sunset/sunrise.
