We could not have been more pleased! Cute neighborhood, 10 minutes to Jacksonville beach! House had everything we needed. Any questions were answered immediately . Beds were comfortable and plenty of room. We had 8 adults and did not feel crowded at all. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved having beach chairs and towels. It made it so easy to just come and play at the beach. Thanks for such a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Light Grey Getaway this past weekend for our son’s wedding. The location was centralized to where our venues were and the neighborhood very nice. The house was well furnished and clean. We especially enjoyed the backyard space in the evenings. Our hosts were very easy to work with. I highly recommend this house!

We had a great time! The house was clean, fully stocked kitchen! The master bedroom bed was so comfortable. We hoped there was a bbq but it was fine. Outside was so nice and the yard is pretty. The home was very clean, roomy, and very well stocked with everything a visitor might want. The wireless charging stands on each side of the master bed were nice touches, as were the labels on the light switches. The host was very accommodating, and was quick with replies. Highly recommended!

Everything was great except the floors weren’t clean. Not that big of a deal just couldn’t give a 5 star on cleanliness because of the floors. Otherwise great! Comfortable beds. Full kitchen. Loved the back yard. Close to everything you need!

Great stay

This place was perfect for our boys trip for golf. 4 queen beds and 3 bathrooms was great. Beds are comfortable, the shower in the master had dueling shower heads and excellent water pressure! Very nice after a day on the golf course! Would definitely stay here again!

In town for graduation

We stayed here for a graduation. Location was great and nice neighborhood. The house was fairly large and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable and it was nice having 3 bathrooms.
