Oceanfront Luxury Condo ~ Beach Life ~ Bucerias - North of Puerto Vallarta

We have named our condo 'Beach Life' - 'Playa Vida'... Enjoy our luxury, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo.
Located on the first floor which is elevated for a better view. It is has granite counter tops & marble floors. The only thing that separates you from the spectacular beach, is the awesome infinity pool. This condo has a very large patio with 2 sitting areas. A/C is provided, but never needed because of the ocean breeze that is present when the patio doors are open. These doors open 100% to create a complete open air living area. You can go to sleep & wake up with the relaxing sound of the surf.

This condo is a 2 bedroom - 2 bathroom....Almost 1600 sq feet. Strict max of 4 people ONLY

Very spacious & open with lots of closet space.

This is a family friendly property. Clean bottled drinking water is provided, as well as this complex has its own water purification system.

We have 2 TV's, all with DVD players, along with 50+ movies for adults & children.

We do have FREE wifi access in our condo.

This complex also has a security gate, elevators, & the one of the only onsite fitness centers in Bucerias.

It is within walking distance to everything. A small store and many restaurants within 1 block.

This condo is located in Bucerias. Only 20 min. north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport. Bucerias is a less expensive, more authentic alternative to the big city. Quaint, quiet & safe, Bucerias has everything that you need. Many restaurants, great shopping & even a few spas for a massage. Spanish is helpful, but not necessary. Most of the area business people can converse easily with you & the other visitors to this area.

Our property manager lives in Bucerias & is only a phone call away with any concerns or questions.

A 50% Deposit is required to confirm & hold your dates.

There is a Electricity / Damage Deposit required of $300 USD collected ahead of time…..
This rental price includes 18 KWH of power per day for FREE.
But only a small charge of 5 pesos ( approx 4 cents) per KWH over the 18 per day will be taken if you exceed the allotted amount of free KWH allowed. If you are mindful of your AC use, keep the door closed while using the AC & do not keep the AC running while you are out of the condo, you will not
have any issues with extra elec charges.

The remaining balance of this deposit we will be promptly refunded with an approved check out from our property manager.

Payment via Paypal is accepted =
3% / 4% paypal fee will be paid by the renter, not the owner.

VRBO also charges a service fee for using your credit card, and the owner does not get any amount of that charge.
No other hidden fees will be applied.

As with all privately owned rentals. There will be a few basics to get you started (IE: Bottled water, Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, etc). However you do need to provide your own items during your stay. & Please replenish these items to pay it forward, so the next guest has some just as you did when you arrived.

The condo was fantastic, ...

The condo was fantastic, no surprises, you get the greatness the pictures show. We were able to catch the local bus nearby and ride it all the way to Puerto Vallarta for a day in the city (my 5 year old daughter loved it). The locals in Bucerias were very friendly and you don't want to miss the Sunday market!

Beautiful property and condo!

Lisa's place is amazing! Bucerías is a great place for local eats, and watching all of the brave surfers, kite boarders, boogie boarders. The condo has ample room and all the amenities you will need. (including water toys!) . Beds are very comfortable and air conditioning/fans work perfectly if you want to cool down from the sun. Views of the sunset can be seen perfectly from the balcony. Will book again!

A little late on our review buuuuttt, this is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in and you cannot beat the price! Oceanfront beauty! It was so spacious and you don't even need the air conditioning with that great breeze! The lanai was huge. The grounds are super clean as was the pool! They provided all the necessities that you could ask for and right in the center of bucerias...you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful view and beautiful condo!

We just returned from Mexico where we spent part of our time at your lovely condo in Punta Arena with our two teenage boys. This was the perfect spot and our only regret was that we didn't stay here longer. It was so nice to sit on the deck and watch as our boys swam in the pool or played in the ocean. We loved walkign along the beach and even walked to the next town over on the beach! The management was wonderful. It was very clean, decorated beautifully and we felt very safe. I would highly recommend and hope to return!

We travel to Mexico every year and love it each time, but this time was by far the best!! From the moment you enter the condo, you feel the ocean breeze and see the incredible view. The deck is huge and we spent many hours lost in the view. Everything you need is in walking distance and loads of restaurants to try. The staff is lovely and they work so hard to keep the grounds clean. Endless beach to walk on with stunning marine life (Orcas, dolphins, eels, manarays). Thank you Lisa for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

We travel frequently to Mexico, but had never been to Bucerias. We had a wonderful time in this ocean front condo. The property manager Jessica is amazing. Very helpful, friendly and dependable. A dream come true!

We just returned from a week at "Beach Life" and can't wait to go back! The location and accomodations wer incredible. We fell in love with the Bucerias area and people. This was considered "low season" but we enjoyed all there was to offer ... the weather was perfect for us, warm enough each day to enjoy the water, poolside or oceanside. Best street tacos ever! The condo itself was so luxurious and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect for our entire family, and we loved being RIGHT ON THE BEACH. And it was great to be able to walk just 5 minutes to a fabulous $20/hr massage that straightened out any traveler's back issues. Thanks Todd and Lisa for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Time and money well spent in Bucerias!

You are in good hands staying in Lisa and Todd's condo; from the beginning of my research to finding the perfect spot, Lisa was there for me. She was so responsive and full of great information that it made making our decision very easy. First off, the condo is great; very spacious and with a spectacular view of the ocean, pool, and beach. The pool is the BEST! My kids, ages 7 & 5, lived in the pool. The pool isn't too deep, and yet, is long enough to get away from the action if needed or do laps. I loved sitting by the pool because it was so close to the beach that I felt like I was almost on the beach, but without the sand:). The town is very easy to get around with fun art galleries and nice restaurants. We rented a car (Gecko -$60 for the day) and drove to Sayulita; very nice and easy. Bucerias was definitely a trip to remember! Thanks for everything Lisa and Todd!

Wonderful place!!

My husband and I stayed at this property, along with two teenagers, ages 14 & 16. We all had a great time! The pool is beautiful and right next to the beach. The sunsets were absolutely stunning! We rode horseback on the beach, and also went to downtown Puerto Vallarta to rent ATV's and wave runners. It is not a long taxi ride to get downtown, yet the property is far enough away to avoid all the traffic and noise of the city. It had a small town feel, and was within walking distance of nice restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend this place based upon the amenities, location, and property management. It is a great place for a family vacation.

A week in paradise!

Perfect! We had a wonderful week in Bucerias. The condo had everything we needed and more. We spent many relaxing hours on the balcony enjoying the sound of the waves and the amazing view. The complex was very well maintained and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We are still daydreaming about our week. Jesica, the property manager, was friendly and professional. She was always available to answer any questions. We would love to spend more time at Lisa and Todd's beautiful place by the sea.

Fantastic Vacation

Great location, several restaurants and coffee places walking distance. Supermarket near by. The condominium is very clean and secure. Not crowded, you can enjoy your own space at the pool and the beach. Looking at the sunset from the balcony or the infinity pool is such an experience. The photos on the listing don’t do justice, it is way better than it looks.

Bucerias is a small, quaint, family oriented town. We feel safe & welcome everywhere we go.
Bucerias offers everything that you need: supermarket, pharmacy, shopping, art galleries, restaurants, salons & even massage therapists. It is a slower paced & less exspensive alternative to the busy Puerto Vallarta.
