Charming Villa with garden close the beach

The Erika Villa with own private garden Has Been completely renovated with quality materials and equipped with every comfort.

It has a living room with sofa bed, TV, CD and DVD players compatible with Bluetooth for Android and iPhone, kitchen equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker), a bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with three bunk beds and a bathroom with bidet and shower.
All rooms are air-conditioned.

In the garden, about 200 square meters with green grass completely fenced, there is a barbecue, a covered outdoor shower with hot water, and a lounge area with sofas and a table with chairs on the porch to stay and eat outside.
There is anche a laundry area with washing machine and drying rack.

The villa includes the use of two bicycles with child seat, beach umbrella, cooler box, beach towels, hair dryer, iron, bath towels, bed sheets and linen, cot, booster seat for children, Wi-fi.

Guests can make check-in after 15. 30 p. m. and check out before 10 a. m.

The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area 400 meters from the famous beach of Simius and 800 meters away from the village of Villasimius, just as neighbors are a restaurant, a supermarket and a playground for children Within walking distance from all services.

Our stay in Villasimius was very nice. The surrounding is absolutely great. Erika was a great host. She answered all our questions and recommended nice places like restaurants and beaches. The house is kind of small. But for us it was fine. We'd definetely come back:)

Located perfectly to explore the many different beaches in the area (by car). The cottage is equipped with everything you need. Our children loved the garden with playhouse and toys provided. Communication with the owners was perfect, incl. check-in. Overall, fully recommended.

Perfect Little Cottage

Villetta Erika was far and away the best overall VRBO experience I have ever had. From the booking to checkout, every detail was precise and organized, the communication was prompt and informative and the actual property was beautiful and extremely clean.BOOKING / HOSTErika was a fantastic host: she was communicative and informative during the booking and once arrived at the proper y she was available for anything we needed from questions about the coffee maker to suggestions on beaches and shopping.PROPERTYThe home has a really nice outdoor space, toys and a playhouse for kids. There is an outside shower which was great for after the beach. There are two adult bikes and two kid bikes which we used everyday. The inside is bright and new and IMMACULATE.There are small things included like a hair dryer, iron, straightener etc that were so nice not to have to pack! Beds were very comfortable.LOCATIONGreat location for both beach (Simius) and town access:10 mins by foot / 5 mins by bike to each.There is a restaurant very close by(Su Forreddu)which was great for a pizza takeout or quick dinner.The only tiny point to be aware of is that the home is quite compact, so if you have lots of luggage you may feel a bit cramped, but there is so much outside space that you could put it out there. We spent the majority of our days/evening outside so this point really don’t matter to us.If you are considering Villasimius, consider this place-the home and the host are gems!

Excellent séjour

Ma famille et moi-même avons passer d'excellentes vacances dans la Villeta Erika. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bon conseil. Des petites "attentions" attendaient les enfants sur leur lit, ce qu'ils ont beaucoup apprécié. Ce n'est bien évidemment qu'un détail. La maison n'est pas très grande, mais très accueillante et bien placée. Des vélos étaient mis à disposition, mais nous allions à la plage de Simius à pied, tout comme à VILLASIMIUS le soir d'ailleurs... Nous n'avons utilisé la voiture que pour aller faire les courses ou lorsque nous allions sur d'autres plages des alentours. En effet, se ne sont pas les plages magnifiques qui manquent en Sardaigne. Le séjour nous a tellement plus, que nous envisageons même de chercher à acheter dans le coin. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist alles da, was man braucht! Auch die Kommunikation mit Erika und Carlo war sehr unkompliziert und nett. Die Strände in der Nähe sind sehr schön und sehr gut für Kinder geeignet.

Memorable Stay in Villasimius

We had a wonderful holiday in Villetta Erika. Erika and her husband met us on check-in and explained about the house and gave us plenty of help understanding the local area and places to visit, eat, shop. As we did not have a car they dropped us up to the supermarket as it was so hot. They were on hand by text for any queries we had. The house is spotlessly clean, has everything we needed, a private garden and an outdoor shower. It is a 10 minute walk to Simius beach and about 15 minutes to the town. Plenty of nice restaurants and shops closeby. I would highly recommend this property.

Hübsche kleine Wohnung, sehr gut gelegen. Super Gartensitzplatz mit Grill. Nette Vermieterin, Parken mit Mittelklasse auf Grundstück wegen zu schmaler Zufahrt nicht möglich. Es hat uns jedoch gut gefallen.

Our perfect holiday

We spent two wonderful weeks in the Villetta Erika. Erika and Carlo are the perfect hosts. They welcomed us so warmly and provided us with great tips for excursions. The house is very nice and lovingly furnished. Nothing is missing and you immediately feel like home. Moreover the house is perfectly located, as both beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants are within walking distance. It’s perfect for families, for example there are lots of toys and a nice playhouse for children. We will definitely come back again.

Großartiger Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen absolut großartigen Urlaub in dem wunderschönen Haus. Das Haus und der Garten sind genau wie auf den Bildern, super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Kinderspielhaus im Garten kam bei unserem Sohn sehr gut an. Die Strände sind um die Ecke und mit den Rädern schnell erreichbar. Die Stadt ebenfalls. UNA CASA DA SOGNO...!!!

Villetta deliziosa dove ogni minimo dettaglio è curato alla perfezione. Erika e Carlo ci hanno accolti in modo impeccabile, gentili, e disponibili. Ci hanno dato molti consigli utili per il nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Bellissimo e curato il giardino che circonda la casa, dove la nostra bimba ha potuto giocare in libertà e dove noi abbiamo potuto rilassarci tra il pergolato e le sdraio. La casetta di legno ed i giochi per bambini, lasciati a disposizione, un vero valore aggiunto. La posizione è perfetta sia per raggiungere le varie spiagge, quella di Simius a piedi o in bici, ed il centro città. Le biciclette messe a disposizione, sono state utilissime. Speriamo di poter tornare presto in questo angolo di paradiso. !!!

Schönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen in der Viletta Erika sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben die meiste Zeit draußen im Garten verbracht. Der Garten ist insbesondere für Kinder toll. Unsere beiden ( 1 und 4 Jahre) waren sehr von dem Spielhaus und den vorhandenen Spielsachen begeistert. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch sehr gut. Man kann innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand oder in den Ort. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche wunderschöne Strände, die mit dem Auto innerhalb max. 10 Minuten zu erreichen sind. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

A lovely place

We have rented a number of air B&B type apartments as a family with kids, but never had we a warmer welcome. Erika & Carlo are perfect hosts who care for the details to make ones’ stay enjoyable and who have many tips about nearby beaches and restaurants. We truly enjoyed staying in the cosy, yet modern and fully equipped apartment. Our baby loved crawling around the lush garden. There are beautiful beaches in 15‘ walking distance or just short car drives away. Villasimius is a charming city, also in 20‘ walking reach. We can absolutely recommend it!
