Property is in a great location for access to slopes and just a short walk to bars and restaurants in Bruyères area.
Only real criticism is it’s smaller than it looked on the photos but was still ok for us.
Wi-Fi wasn’t available 8n the upstairs of the property until a new hotspot was put in on our last day.

Good location but…
After collecting keys from agency, we found the property had not been cleaned. The dirty sheets & towels from previous occupant were on floor, hairs on bed, crumbs on floor, dislodged floor tiles etc. We’d had a long journey and just wanted to unpack & settle in so this was really disappointing. I called this agency and they sent cleaner the next day. There is no kettle so making tea & coffee involved boiling saucepans of water several times a day. WiFi patchy & temperamental. We were there to ski and the location was good for this. Convenient locker on ground floor for skis and we could ski almost to the front door. It’s just a
Die Wohnung ist klein (wie beschrieben) und war grundsätzlich sauber. Leider stand ein Sammelsurium an verschiedensten Sachen - Körbchen, leere Kartons, aber auch alte Salben, etc. - herum. Dies fanden wir befremdlich und macht die Wohnung letztlich noch kleiner. Auch die provesorischen 'Schränke' an der Wand waren nicht nutzbar, voll mit Sachen. Küche und Bad sind recht neu und gut. Im Bad wäre es prima, wenn es eine Halterung für den Duschbrause gäbe. Sicher immer ein Problem in einer solchen kleinen, schlechter isolierten Wohung ist Schimmel. Hier gab es im Schlafbereich 2-3 Stellen an der Decke.
Pistes zijn goed toegankelijk. Mooie skilocker op de begane grond met bankjes. Lift in gebouw aanwezig. Supermarkt en winkels op korte loopafstand van appartement. De verwarming is top.
Appartement très bien situé, proche des pistes et des commerces. L'appartement est pratique surtout du fait que le coin nuit est séparé de la pièce de vie. Point négatif, la propreté... très bon séjour !
On ne se rends pas compte d’une part de l’absence de vue sur le balcon et d’autre part que le logement est petit très petit….Sinon c’est calme, et l’accès au pistes et aux commerces est top!

Merci Pierre pour votre évaluation, les photos depuis le balcon, vous indique clairement la vue et vous êtes le premier à nous faire la remarque sur la petitesse du logement. C'est un appartement en duplex, plus grand que la moyenne des appartements au ski mais ce n'est effectivement pas un palace ! Merci néanmoins pour votre retour.
Appartement bien situé, départ skis aux pieds, à proximité des commerces, un peu petit pour 6 , le mobilier (table et chaises) serait à renouveler et l'isolation/chauffage à améliorer. départ tardif accepté.
Appartement bien agencé, le coin nuit est très agréable. Pistes à 50 mètres, casier à ski au RdC, commerces à 3 minutes. Nous étions 2 adultes et 4 enfants et avec un peu de bon sens, on cohabite sans se marcher dessus. Propriétaire et agence de gestion disponibles et réactifs.
Logement parfaitement bien situé, aux pieds des pistes et des commerces. Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille pour la Saint Sylvestre , nous reviendrons.
Accès facile, emplacement central, départ et retour skis aux pieds. Budget idéal. très bon rapport qualité prix prestation pour 4 personnes.. 32m2 très bien agencés avec beaucoup de rangements.

The ski locker was really good and nicely located in the bottom floor, this could have been stated in the booklet which is left at the apartment as we had to ask some other guests.
We had a little confusion regarding bedding & towels as it wasn’t stated on the listing these would have to be bought, but a message to the owner resolved this quickly & we brought our own.
Property met with description, compact but well suited to our needs. Check in process not perfect, agency offices closed during advertised opening hours, so collection of keys and sheets in doubt. Telephone call to owner solved this problem. Apartment well located for the slopes, but wish I had known there was a lift up to Absolu Sports! Sorry I took an agency pillow case and left one of my sheets. Overall an enjoyable holiday with son and grandsons.

Prima appartement voor 4 pers. , voor 6 zou het echt te krap zijn
Prima, heerlijk appartement direct bij de piste, dicht op de winkels, enkel incheck en uitcheck waren een beetje onduidelijk, je moet aangeven wanneer je uitcheckt, in tijdsblokken, terwijl er in de beschrijving uitchecken 10.00 uur stond. Verder alles erop en eraan, zou het de volgende keer zo weer boeken👍🏻
