Farmhouse with Historic Event Barn in Manchester Vermont

Welcome to Levity Mountain, our 200 acre organic farm and historic homestead in Manchester, VT. The property features a renovated 18th century farmhouse accommodations for 16 and fields and forests with sweeping valley views. Our property also has a cottage with accommodations for 10 and a timber frame event barn for up to 150 guests that are available for extra costs. Levity Mountain's farm buildings, open meadows, pond and woodlands await your unique celebration.

Our parents moved to Vermont in the 1970’s and raised us in Manchester. Our family, now three generations strong, is still here, proudly working together and sharing creativity, food, and fun with the community. We look forward to welcoming you!

Built in 1775, The Levity Mountain Farmhouse has watched over our property for generations. The Farmhouse includes the following bedrooms: 1. king-bedroom suite with full bath; 2. king-bedroom suite with adjoining room with full-size bed and full bath; 3. 2-queen-bedroom with full bath; 4; queen bedroom; 5. pull-out queen bedroom with 2-twin bed; 6. A living room with pull-out queen couch. The Farmhouse features a large kitchen, dining room, living room, and outdoor deck. The Farmhouse has four full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 16 people.

We have an additional property, The Levity Mountain Cottage, that is located on the property not included in this listing, but also available for rent. The Levity Mountain Cottage has a large living room and kitchen with amazing views of the property. This south-facing chalet includes the following bedrooms: 1. 2-twin bedroom, 2. 1-queen and 1-full bedroom. Additionally, the living room features a pull-out queen sofa and 3-folding full couches. The Cottage has two full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 11 people.

*This listing is only for rental of the Farmhouse. There is an additional charge for rental of the Cottage. There is also an additional charge for weddings and events and for usage of our Event Barn. Please be in touch with us directly for event questions and fees.
