Please be advised that the building is currently undergoing exterior painting as part of its ongoing improvement project.
-Balcony access is available; however, exterior painting is still ongoing on the city side of the building.
-The project began in May 2025 and is currently scheduled for completion in Fall 2026.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while these building improvements are being completed.

The spectacular, unobstructed ocean view from this high-floor condo will take your breath away! Designed with a clean, modern style, the unit embraces you in comfort and creates the perfect home base for your dream Hawaiian vacation.
For added relaxation, the bedroom now features a brand-new luxury mattress, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after days of exploring paradise.
This unbeatable location is just a short walk to the beach, Ala Moana Beach Park/Magic Island, Ala Moana Shopping Center, and a wide array of Waikiki restaurants, nightlife, and ocean activities. The Ilikai Marina condo includes a full kitchen, air conditioning, dining area, one sleeper sofa in the living room, and a king-size bed in the bedroom. A convenient pay laundry room is also available in the building.
Bonus: If your stay includes a Friday night, enjoy a front-row view of the Hilton’s famous fireworks display right from your private lanai. The fireworks occur most Fridays throughout the year, making your evenings in Waikiki even more magical.

The location was great and convenient. We parked nearby off site at the hourly parking (safe and less expensive than on site parking). Fantastic AC. The howling wind was audible overnight through the closed windows, but notably we arrived during the historic storms. Beautiful views of the ocean. Would stay again! Mahalo!

Rental company was upfront about reduced air conditioning (due to one of two compressors breaking down) and offered us late cancellation or a discount if we opted to stay. We opted to stay and noticed the cycling of the A/C but never felt uncomfortable. Absolutely loved the place! The condo building, hallways and our unit were clean and pleasant. Right now there was scaffolding around the street side of the building which was a bit unsightly but didn't bother us at all. There is a security station near the elevators checking for any unsavory visitors, though we saw none and felt safe. The condo was just as described and equipped with excellent quality amenities and the view was just breathtaking! The balcony is ocean-facing for sunsets and Friday night fireworks. The sliding door separating the bedroom from the living space/pullout couch was substantial giving late sleepers or perhaps another couple reasonable privacy. The king bed was excellent. (We did not use the pullout sofa bed.) The sofa was not new but just fine for us. We referred to the bathroom fan as "the jet engine" but when it was off, the night light provided enough illumination for nighttime use. Water pressure in the shower was adequate.Parking along the street by the marina was a bargain at 1/hour and we always found a spot.Would definitely return.

The view is incredible and the condo has everything you need. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and cooler bag. The bed was very comfortable. Only reason for 4 stars is there was construction noise off and on throughout our stay, we woke up to discover the water was off one day and then had no hot water one evening.

This unit was such a lovely place to stay. The location can simply not be beat. It is within walking distance to anything you could want. The unit itself provides necessities for cooking and some beach gear. The bed was comfortable, unit was clean, and overall it was a great stay. The unit has been beautifully renovated and I would recommend this property to anyone.

My interaction with the hosting agency was very good. They were extremely responsive to any questions/concerns I presented to them.The condition of the unit was just okay. The supplies they provided (cooking utensils/towels, beach chairs/cooler, etc.) were good. The unit itself needed to be deep cleaned. The walls/baseboards/light fixtures have not been cleaned/painted for a while; property looked tired. Construction was underway on exterior of bldg, which impacted our stay. Host worked to help improve the situation but much of it was out of their control. Location is close to beach, within walking distance. No pool and no building security, aside from a security person walking around from time to time. Anyone can enter building/elevators, etc, which was unsettling.

FANTASTIC VIEW

This is a perfect condo for just relaxing and enjoying the sweeping view of the Ala Moana Harbor as well as the gorgeous sunsets. The kitchen is well appointed and the King bed is very comfortable. The online pictures are very accurate and you can't go wrong staying here.

Location, Location, Location + An Amazing View

We loved staying at the Ili'kai Marina, it's easy access to Pi'ikoi Street made getting across the island to visit ohana a breeze. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean and marina, perfect for watching the Friday Night fireworks show and evening sunsets. We will be back!
